Was at this location on Saturday at 8:15pm the man at the regester did not greet us except to ask if your placing an order nowWhile placing the order he kept talking over us and did not get the order correct, all the employees were dressed like slobs and the facility itself was dirty.I will not be returning
The men's bathroom was horrible tables was all messy had to walk around the back to find a worker come to find out the only worker was on a smoke brake pizza was nothing like it use to be had to ask the worker to clean the table if I could give 0 stars I would this place used to be super clean and the food used to be very good. Any pizza place can out do pizza hut that's for sure even the prices was way more then it should be
I ordered a supreme pizza with no sauce for deliver. While it still tasted fine, the cook forgot to put pepperonie on my pizza. It was disapointing
The salesperson when I picked up the pizza was very friendly and went the extra step to make sure I was satisfied. The location was S Oneida St in Appleton, WI. It was Monday, 1/17 at 11:15am. She was all by herself and took time to take care of me. She is a great employee.
The items I ordered were hot and when I flipped open the first pizza box the presentation was amazing. Everything really looked so good and it was !
We ordered 1 sausage and 1 pepperoni with cinnabons and cheese sticks, and an extra order of bread sticks. We received 2 sausage, but everything else was right. I called and they had a pepperoni sent out an hour later(its a saturday night so the speed isnt the issue.)
Well for starters make sure I get the full order. No missing items is always great. Was missing a bread stick. Also from the time I ordered to the time of delivery was exactly 2hrs when my order was estimated of 90mins.
I am sure nobody cares but the delivery guy was extremely rude! To top it off it was to a child made a point to tell him he would never deliver to our address again. I would like to note I was on my way to the door with his tip until my son told me this so he did not receive it and I will not return!
We had a delay a couple weeks ago with dominos. We got no call explaining anything. We would have had a delay from pizza hut too, but we got a call after we ordered and were informed and offered options. Made a huge difference.
I was given a estimated arrival time of three hours after I put my order in. There was no knock on my door or other indication that my pizza had gotten to my home. The pizzas were just placed outside on the ground and got cold.
