The Citrus Asian Crunch Salad was abysmal and missing the free side. The lettuce was soaked with dressing and the salad did not come with chicken when it was specified while I was ordering. But the Frontega Chicken Sandwich was superb.
Menu is confusing. Food is way over priced and not really that good. Mac n cheese was overcooked mush. Sandwich I selected had a dressing on it that's not listed in the description and I hated it.
My family and I ate here for dinner tonight. Food was excellent! Atmosphere was inviting, staff were friendly, and it was clean. Soups were amazing! Sandwiches were just as great! Will eat here more often! Bread was sooooooo fresh. Too full to try baked goods but I know they are there....hmmmmm ?
I'd never be mean to the workers cause they are doing great. Hopefully management sees all these reviews about wait times and does something. With hour + wait times for a sandwich, this Panera is just not a viable lunch option. Won't be back unfortunately. This was the general vibe of the 40 or so people waiting.
Out of the last five visits, they’ve messed the order up five times. Shame on me for continuing to fool myself into returning to this location to give them business. Staff seems to care less about accuracy of orders and their customer service. DON’T BE A FOOL LIKE ME!
Oddest occurrence today… Enter Panera Bread ? with the family around 2. Hardly anybody in the restaurant and not one person in line or on machines and no one at drive thru. In the middle of placing the order on one of the machines a worker randomly comes up to me and says “Just so you know there is a long wait in case you don’t want to stay”. Confused, I was like “Really? That’s fine, we’ll stay. Miranda thought it was even more odd as Panera is often packed around lunch and it was near empty. Placed order, got it quick (5 min) and no one else got an order before us or almost 5 minutes after us and remained un busy the entire time we ate. We’re not mad at all just genuinely been laughing about this all night and had to share. Like does she just do this randomly throughout the day or does she just not like us. Make it make sense…. ?
We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our cashier, Analis, was so kind, warm, helpful, and friendly. You don’t see great service like this much anymore! Thank you Calumet Panera!
Went to the drive thru at 8:45. Not even a sorry we are closing nothing got completely ignored ? if you want to close that early dont tell people you're open till 9. I was sick and wanted some soup. Went to Noodles and company instead. I will be going there now.
My lunch was 94 cents. Rewards kept adding. Then the day before payday.....I used my parking meter money to get a great meal!
I had lunch recently and everything was great!! Staff were wonderful and food was quick and delicious.There was a strange dynamic with one of the staff staring into my soul while I was just trying to eat my soup so that was a a little uncomfortable.
