Line was not long yet we were rushed through, got soda without any ice, was given a cup to put my food in when I said I wanted it to go. Awful experience lol. I love panda but not this one.
Okay also hate complaining but the lady that took my order was so mean and rushed me even though we were the only ones in line. Acted like us asking for a meal was an inconvenience. Didn’t get ice in my drink either and I love ice cold Diet Coke :(
Went 1 hour before close and had literally only 1/2 a serving of fried rice and white rice. Only 3 options to choose from for meals.What I did puck I got half the rice and only 1 scoop of meat. The portions were super small and they even forgot my fortune cookie. Very poor quality!
My food was gross and old. I've worked here before and can tell when the food getting really old. This isn't the better location in the area. Management doesn't seem to care very much.
It was in a food court so had to stand in line but went pretty quick. Good food and staff was excellent
Made me wait in line for over 10 minutes just to ask for a pair of chop sticks because Sarku was out of them, even though I had asked twice so I could get out of there. Got to the front of the line before they told me they didn't have any.Also severely understaffed. 1 person was up front the whole time despite the lengthy line of people. I will never come back to this location.
Felt bread for the short staffing but the food was awesome and the staff informed me of the wait time which was helpful
Employees are super rude 10 minutes for a egg roll really tho guess your company doesn't want peoples money might want to find new people to run your business will never be back will spend my money elsewhere
if all possible avoid this particular Panda Express . Just a few weeks ago I ordered an online order got to the location at 11:15 AM when my order was supposed to be done. And did not leave until roughly 12 PM with orders incorrect. Food cold sitting and waiting. Nothing was made at 11:15 AM. I understand there’s a shortage out there with employees recently but they had plenty of people to work the front and someone cooking in the back. I personally complain to the one 800 number but never heard anything back as I stated I wanted to hear a kiss from management. I loved Panda Xpress and this is extremely disappointing and when you’re spending over $50 for a family meal this is a little ridiculous. Like I said avoid this panda express if at all possible. ???
This is by far the worst Panda Express I have EVER been too.
