building ready needs work on the outside ... open electrical on a post that hasn't been fixed correctly. If they can't keep the basic things repaired... then how do you expect that the can keep a kitchen clean. Definitely not coming back, drive though screen has things taped on it and they have an ad to get new workers. Definitely the worst management if they think a run down outside and asking everyone if they would like a job with an ad at drive through will bring back customers. been coming here from when it opened and it's gotten worse over time.

I’ve been here a few times and it’s always been wishy washy. I would not recommend going through drive through here as the times I’ve been through, they don’t give you the standard portions or they give you leftovers instead of waiting for a new entree if they were running very low. I’ve ordered orange chicken a couple of times and got breaded pieces only because they were running low. If you’re inside you can at least catch them doing it and ask for a new batch. My last drive through experience I barely got rice, my orange chicken was about three chicken pieces and all breaded pieces and the Kung Pao chicken was all vegetables. They also forgot to give me a straw.

Literally the worst managed Panda Express you can think of. Never have anything you want. Have gone several times over the last 6 months and they don’t have orange chicken or white rice or they do but you have to wait 30-45 minutes if you want any. Seems like they only start making more of something once they run out of it. Went their last night for dinner and they were out of white rice and asked if we wanted to wait 45 minutes for fresh rice. Went there again today for lunch (hopefully redeem from last night) and now they’re out of orange chicken. Poor management

Worst ever chow mein noodles. I'm pretty sure they were old , then placed in microwave. The only available chicken dishes were chicken teriyaki. Asked for extra sauce on side, no sauce. So just plain chicken. The drive thru worker told me a higher amount, 17.00, then gets it correct, 11.29, I give 15.00, and he gives no change. He seemed all sorts of confused. Then after watching four workers trying to figure it out, I just left. I only gave one star because the fried rice did seem fresh. Not 15.00 worth, but edible.Never again....

I'd give 4 stars but the service has always been so slow I just can't. The quality of the food is good but they don't have enough staff to provide service at any reasonable rate of speed.

Standard tasting food. But due to worker shortage service inside was very slow. Everyone was working hard but still had to wait 20 minutes. Drive thru would have been a better option.

This place was a popular stop tonight. We waited in line for 45 mins, inside to get food. Eian (I believe he said was his name) was the only one waiting on people in line, while another boy was taking and filling orders for the drive thru, while others were cooking and cleaning the line. Everyone was stellar, hustling, and working like a well-oiled machine. The owners and management should really praise this team and recognize this Eian(?). He stood out the most to me. He used his manners, was calm, collected, helped manage, was a team player, and was extremely kind to not only the customers but the others he was working with. This type of work ethic and kindness is extremely anymore. If I was this boys mother, I would be very proud.

Not bad, not great. They were out of several of the more popular items such as the orange chicken and most the spicy items, as well as soy sauce of all things. I needed to wait nearly 20 minutes for mixed veggies. Half the customers coming in walked out after finding out about all their missing items (still 20 minutes for the veggies)The food that we were able to get was quite tasty, as expected. Just saddened by the lack of basics and slow service. Probably didn't help that while my table was waiting for our items to be prepared multiple employees went into their meal breaks. So the food we did get was good, the food they were out of was what was actually wanted (and freakin' soy sauce) and it took a very prolonged amount of time to get served while employees went on breaks in the dining room next to us, hungrily waiting.

Honestly on some heavy BS lately. One day they have forks, next day they don’t, then they’re out of this, then that, then they say “chopsticks in bag” and I drive 20 mins back to work and nothings in there, guess I’ll just eat with my hands. One day door dash is on, next day it’s not, one day doors are open, next day they’re locked. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue but if it is it would make sense because most of the managers are extremely disrespectful and rude and belittle the cooks by speaking poor Spanish to them when they don’t do what they bark at them to do the instant they ask. Went through the drive through last night an hour and a half before close and they had 3 of the most unpopular entrees available and said they weren’t gonna make any more. Get it together. Make the drive to Kimberly don’t waste your time here.

Ordered food through Eat Street and got the wrong sides on both Entrees. How hard is it to read?? I get you may be short staffed but don’t take it out on the people that pay your bills. Hopefully new management comes in and fixes this place it’s gone way down hill.
