i am so annoyed with this place.they handed the change to me in the dumbest way and it dropped. the dude just closed the window like it wasn’t his problem. straight up rude.the rice is also mushy on the outside and hard on the inside. very disappointed and never going back to this location.this isn’t the first bad experience, but is definitely the last!
I love panda! The people are so sweet and they're so fast there too! The food is always delicious and the prices are awesome and it's always clean and I love everything about it my husband and I go there weekly.
I really like the food, but it’s the service that’s bad. Every time I go through drive though, it’s a “7-10 minute wait,” which always ends up being longer. 10-15 minutes is a long time for something that’s supposed to be a “fast food,” kinda place. It’s not even busy when I go. And it’s not like I order a ton of food, it’s either a bowl or plate.One time I ordered ahead on the app to avoid this, and there still was a 10 minute wait past the time it was supposed to be ready.Today I ordered through drive though and the girl got the order wrong. I repeated it, and then was advised at the window that there is a 5-10 minute wait. I expected that and said it’s fine. I looked at my receipt and the order was still wrong. So I walked in and said “before you start making my order, I just wanted you to know it’s incorrect,” and told her what it should be. She didn’t say “sorry about that,” or anything. She just said she she will fix it.
Ordered through the drive thru during lunch on Friday. Very surprised there wasn't a long line. As new as this location is the menu board looks terrible.2 bowls and 2 sodas, I understand prices are high everywhere but dang...and of coarse there was a wait for the food I ordered. Do they make it to order now?Fried rice is bland. The orange chicken was so spicy it was almost inedible. Good thing I got a liter of soda with no ice to cool it down. Seriously, why is a large soda so huge, I guess I got my moneys worth there lol. Must be rationing ice though as there were only a few cubes. The straw however fell into the cup due to it being so short, I had to remove the lid and go fishing for it.
Charged me 8.50 for 12 crab Rangoon, the sent 2. When I called I get told there is nothing I can do and I need to go to the website to request a refund. Are you kidding me? This is the first time I ordered and it will be the LAST. no problem taking my money.
While there was a long wait, I was grateful they had what I wanted to order. Waited about ten minutes to order then another ten for the food. The only downfall was despite asking and paying for the cups of sweet and sour sauce, we were given rip packets instead. They are terrible and NOT the same sauce. Our food was also dumped upside down so it was all mixed together (rice and chicken) on one side of the container. Overall was okay but not really fresh.
Good food, can't go wrong with panda. But they advertise dine in is open, however they are not, no signs on the door or anything, just locked doors. If they could at least hang a sign that would solve some issues
Ordered a big plate for $14 3 entrees 1 side. 2 entrees of honey chicken 1entree of orange chicken and 1 side of fried rice. Definitely looks more like 1/2 entree of honey chicken, 3 pieces of orange chicken and 2 sides of fried rice. Not happy about that. Good thing Arby's is across the street go there instead. You at least get what you ordered.
Waited in drive thru at 4:30 pm for 25 minutes, pulled up to place order. Told to wait. Then when placing the order I had to repeat it 3 times. Asked for white rice, WHITE RICE! The most basic easiest thing they have on the entire menu! Told 20-40 minute wait. Ok fine fried rice it is, nope that will be at least 15-20 minute wait! Well noodles it is I guess. All that being said, I get home missing half of my entree and my wife got the wrong entree! And I am talking orange chicken and bejing beef like the staples of their menu! I wouldn’t be doing this but this is the 4th time it has happened! And from other reviews it seems I am not the only one! How in the world do they have the right to ask 15+\hr to scoop already cooked food into to-go boxes and get it wrong???? I could understand if they were unbelievably busy but there was 3 cars in the drive thru! Come on!!!!
-1 star This is supposed to be shrimp . Food was disgusting people working the drive-through was super rude. Lobby is closed because of Covid even though I’m fully vaccinated.I only ate the rice and won’t be returning again
