There are a few very good restaurants in Appleton. Osorios's sets itself apart from others not only being away from the Downtown, but also with its wide variety of food and wine offerings. There are plenty of seafood to choose from on their menu but they usually provide additional specials. The challenge usually is to decide what to order because everything is good. It's a great place for group big or small since they have something for everyone.
Went there on a Wednesday over the lunch hour and placed our order off of the "express" lunch menu from the bar. After waiting over 35 minutes I asked the manager if there was a hold up in the kitchen. She told me that a large group of 26 had placed an order 'just' before we placed ours but she told me she'd check in the kitchen to see how much longer it would be. After several minutes we saw her come back into the restaurant area but walked right by us without so much as a word as to what was going on. So we continued to wait. We could see what would appear to be one of those "financial presentation lunches" going on in the back room. Apparently that was the 26 lunches that was back logging the kitchen. We continued to wait another 15 minutes when the bartender told us our food should be coming out soon. Mind you we are now 45 minutes waiting for the "express" lunch. At the 50 minute mark we finally walked out.Our point being:1. If you knew you had a business/financial luncheon at that time, why wasn't the kitchen prepared so that they could handle normal patrons? 2. Why didn't the wait staff 'warn' us when we placed our order that we'd be in for a wait due to the larger group being served first (we would have been more understanding had they told us up front)3. Why didn't the manager come back and talk to us and give us an update on the status of our order?I'm not proud that we walked out on them, but enough is enough. We are so disappointed in them as we have enjoyed dining there many other times but this certainly has us wondering if we will return. Communication would have gone a long way......you can't ignore people after you've told them you'll check into the situation.
I first tried Osorio's Latin Fusion at AirVenture 2021 and the booth food was tasty. Visited Osorio's Latin Fusion restaurant with my wife last week for the first time and the food/drink was delicious. The grouper was the best I've had since fishing in the FL Keys. I decided to give Osorio's Latin Fusion another try today and took my CEO, in which he can be picky and loved the food. The Salmon Burger was to mouthwatering and plan to have upcoming business lunches here.
The food was great. The service is the worst I have ever had in my entire life. We get to the restaurant before 5 pm not to busy at all. Waitress was terrible she was literally avoiding our table. We waited for our food for 45-50 min. Tables around us that go seated 30 min after us got food before us. It was the first time in my life I thought about just walking out. We got our food at 5:55. I don’t think I can ever come back to this place. They should have discounted my meal for that terrible service.
We stopped in for dinner and found they have a nice selection of drinks for starters. They had not one but two of my favorite scotches. The food was prepared well and tasty.
We use to go out to eat frequently, but stopped completely because the quality of food at the restaurants we would frequent was not up to the quality we could cook at home. We went out for Dinner for the first time in months , and we could not be happier. Osarios was packed and still one of the best experiences we have ever had dinning out. Brody was one of the best sever we have ever had, food was amazing, and the price compared to quality, was awesome! The menu had a great variety of quality items and the drinks selection was perfect.
Seated right away on a Friday evening, however it did fill up fast. Had Quinn as a server, very personable, gave his recommendations of menu items upon request. Food was very delicious, we ordered 2 appetizers, 3 dinners, and they had great cocktails, and even mocktails. Pricing reasonable.
We absolutely love this restaurant!!! When we are in the area, my fiancé and I enjoy dining there. The chef does an outstanding job with all of their creations. We highly recommend patronizing them! It has become our favorite restaurant in the entire valley!
Awesome. My friend took me here for my birthday. Everything was awesome. I have lunch for tomorrow because there was so much.. Not crowded and we had a seperate room because of the reservation she made. Not spicy. Will be going back again.
People have said how great the restaurant is but perhaps it was just an off day because the food was... okay for what I ordered and one person in our party didn't eat any of her taco bowl. I probably won't go back though but this is just because it's out of my way for driving and not because of the quality of food. I feel like maybe by dinner the food would be fantastic.
