I placed a large order online for a business lunch and selected delivery through door dash for the following day. I called Noodles to make sure my order was received well. They did not see my order right away but the lady on the phone was very nice and concerned about getting everything figured out. It was a bit confusing because I ended up having to place a 2nd order for someone we missed in the initial large order, so 2 different Door Dash drivers picked up the order. Katrina with Door Dash was very responsive and caring about making sure everything was right for us! The food was all here, made correctly, and tasted delicious! Great experience overall.
Ordered pad Thai and somehow ended up with mushrooms and tomatoes in with my food. Also it was a little bit pricey for what we received.
Love Noodles typically. Tonight was a bad miss. There’s never enough sauce, which I can deal with. I just order extra sauce. Today the sauce is chunky and the chicken seems a bit translucent. I was starving, so I ate almost half. Here’s to hoping I haven’t been poisoned. Two stars because the noodles were cooked well and it was ready on time.
Super busy because of the fundraiser I’m guessing. Good system and leadership. The “drill sergeant” up front was keeping it moving as fast as possible. Great job.
Ordered for the elementary school fundraiser night and the staff has been working so very hard to fill the orders! The lady at the front is keeping them going doing a great job! Great job to everyone working on Feb 17th!!!
Friendly staff and delicious food. My favorite is the pesto chicken or Wisconsin Mac. Love that they have a customizable soda machine. Good portions, too, especially for kids!
Used to get a good amount of sauce, paying extra... now you only get a tiny portion when buying extra sauce.
Quality has gone down hill. My husband paid to add shrimp to his meal and we get home there was no shrimp. So we paid extra and didn’t receive what we paid for , not sure how the cook missed it and the person checking the orders before placing in the bag didn’t notice no shrimp. I got the regular sized pesto tortellini with chicken. I did get the chicken but the bowl was barely half full and got 10 tortellinis and sauce was so think kind of gross. We got side Cesar salads and they were so tiny could barely get my fork in the container to stir in the dressing. For the $31 we spent on two meals we should have gone to a sit down restaurant and got true sized meals that were with the price. Won’t be going back anytime soon. I hesitated to go back as last time my daughters kids meal mac and cheese had giant chunks of plastic wrap in the Mac I was glad she saw it and didn’t choke. Definitely not rushing back anytime soon
Had issues with pot stickers and got other ones but the mgr seemed to be annoyed that she had to make another batch when the first batch tasted "chemically". Wasn't a good experience. Second time we ordered through delivery (theirs not doordash or Uber eats) and they messed up the order and tried to blame it on doordash and when my gf said we didn't use doordash, they finally said they would send a coupon or something but didn't get it. Placation.
I had several unknown substances in my order of macaroni and cheese last night. First of all, that’s disgusting. Secondly- unsafe. I thought the chances of cross contamination with peanuts would be low since it was literally macaroni and cheese but apparently they keep their peanuts right next to the cheddar (incredibly irresponsible and dismissive of such a common and deadly allergy). I am not even close to a Karen but I won’t ever be going back after a way too close encounter with meeting my maker last night.
