Food is always great. But good quality food doesn’t take away the disgust from rude and disrespectful employees. The fact that the crew is incredibly disrespectful and rude to the people that are paying for them to stand on their phones is ridiculous. One of the male managers, if that is what you want to call him, yelled at a person in our Entourage for walking outside and taking a hit of his vape and walking back inside the building. This individual then proceeded to get yelled at by this manager who told him it was disrespectful to smoke a vape inside the store, which he didn’t even do at all. This managers approach was unprofessional and completely uncalled for because there was no vaping done inside the building. This manager continued to push our member of our family four more times after he stated he didn’t vape inside the building. Will not be returning.
As my fianceé and I entered, we had both realized we had forgotten our wallets at home. We decided to take a different route, and set up alternative payment methods on our phones. It took some time, and the staff was incredibly patient (we moved out of the way for other customers). I apologized for the inconvenience, and thanked them for their patience. A snarky comment was made by someone near me, saying, "why did he feel the need to apologzie to employees doing their job?" I am unsure what instigated this sort of unnecessary commentary, but I want them to know, their understanding was very much appreciated. As someone who worked in the food service industry for 11+ years (I had managed a few restaurants during that time), I can say for certain:Patience is key to providing good customer service. I wanted to personally ask a manager if I could pass on that our server went above & beyond, in a most simple way; even though, that is rather missed these days in businesses and their employees. It was far too busy to do so in an efficient manner, as I did not want to distract the employees from their service to others. I do not remember his name, but if I see him next time I dine there, I'll be sure to say my thanks directly to him.The food was also spectacular. Thank you for the experience. It was an odd one, but it ended up being delightful.
Been to this location many times but I can say I’ve never had better service than I did by Tristen tonight. He was super welcoming, very joyful, and had a amazing attitude. You don’t see many happy people in the service industry now a days. Thank you Tristen for making this a great experience for me and getting my order and food out in a timely manner
I usually get the Pad Thai, but their new Mac n Cheese with the gluten free shells is a winner, too, so I’ll get both and eat the Mac n Cheese later. So good!
Noodles is a good place to come for comfort food. I would go here if I was at the mall or someplace close. Their tomato basil soup was really really good though

I placed an order on my noodles app, yes I have the app so obviously love noodles, but not tonight and not sure ever again! I scheduled it for pick up at 8:30, only to arrive and have all the doors locked. Sign states open until 9 yet. There was an order sitting on the counter I tried all the doors and waited for someone to open since I saw 2 employees inside, no one came. I then pulled in curbside to see if i could change to curbside pickup, no luck, so I called by now it’s 8:45. I finally get through on the phone and they state they closed at 8 o’clock and will have to cancel my order again by now I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get my kids a meal after a long practice now I do not have time to stop anywhere else so they have to have a gas station or fast food “meal” not at all what we eat or want but no time to order from my favs ! as I’m on the phone another car pulls in curbside walks to the door and I’m assuming will be doing the same thing as me. but then after I hang up, I see him knock on the door show his phone was handed his food through the door. This is unacceptable!!!! I believe he was an order service type of company like Eat Street or something like that because he had a warmer bag in his hand. I find this so wrong on so many levels!!!!! I also used a $4 coupon I will not get back, and it will take several days for the credit to go back to my credit card since the charge was already charged. They did state they would send a coupon in the mail we shall see
I ordered chicken Alfredo from the east calumet location. They gave me a bowl full of oil….my noodles were swimming! They proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to help me. So I called this location and explained my situation and an amazing staff had helped me out with my order even tho I never ordered from their store. They gave me a fresh bowl of noodles and a couple of Rice Krispies. They all, everyone in the kitchen, wished me a good rest of my day and if that’s not good customer service than I can’t tell you what is. Thank you to the staff working hard this morning! I would highly recommend driving a few extra minutes to this location their service is unbeatable

I went there with my soccer team after our game and one of the cashiers Cassidy was working then and she handled our whole team very fast and had all our orders correct whole other restaurants locked their door when we came. So I just wanted to thank her
