Food was delicious, drinks were good, staff was friendly and fun. Will definitely be visiting again!

We stopped for lunch on our way to the lakeshore and this was our first visit ever to this chain. Our waitress was phenomenal. She was friendly and knowledgeable and seemed happy to be there. On the menu there are some very creative burgers. I ordered the Brown Sugar and Smoked Cheddar Burger and my husband ordered the Cheese Curd Burger. They were both great. I've never had brown sugar bacon. Cost-wise it was maybe a little pricier than other sit down burger places but it was an experience. We'll be back.
We came to town from Ohio for a basketball tournament on a Saturday night with a party of 34. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff was incredible, the food was absolutely AMAZING, the drinks were delicious; literally only good things here! From the moment we walked through the doors on a busy Saturday night, the manager, Andrew, took such great care to ensure we had the absolute best experience. He was so friendly and accommodating. Our server Halle was PHENOMENAL. She was always two steps ahead with everything we needed or even wanted and she was so kind and sweet. She and Amber both took such great care of our entire party. We are so truly grateful for this place; what a fantastic experience all the way around!
I wanted to give a four star review because I'm a little salty, granted I'm only salty because I haven't had the chance to have it again. I bought lunch for myself and some coworkers. Ordering was easy and Amber was really friendly, food was ready in a fairly quick amount of time. I arrived before it was ready, the staff were great, the food was better. Everyone at works loved it and we all have pretty varied tastes so it was awesome to find a place everyone likes. I hope this isn't a one time thing as I already plan on taking my family there.
If you want delicious food, sports and a friendly atmosphere this is your place! I love a good burger! I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was the best cheese cheese burger I've had in a while! The cheese curds are a Wisconsin must! We shared a long island ice tea sampler and it was the perfect compliment! I would pass on the fried pickles.
I had my sister pick up a order and I'm disappointed and kinda disgusted at the same time. We order two different flavored shakes one strawberry one chocolate. Chocolate just has a small hint of chocolate there's barely any flavor in it. But What really made me turn my head and not drink it was the fact that they decided to put a straw in for me actually made me not drink the drink!! We are the middle of a pandemic I dnt want you adding my straw to my drink so that was a waste of $10 or how ever much they where. Oh and added a extra 4.00 to my card we already tipped 5$ get your staff inUpdate: did make phone call and the manager was very understanding and told me if it dnt change by tomorrow let them know. It could be just something with my card holder. I also asked if it was normal for them too put straws and their drinks for somebody and he said no and said he will take off bill watch is super nice and I am thankful. I have o.c.d and I LITERALLY can't even drink it. I did taste with a spoon but I still had the heebie jeebies.
Food is awesome. A tad pricy in my opinion. We did arrive about an hour and a half prior to closing in search of a late dinner. Besides the 2 of us, there was only one other table occupied near the bar and a few people at the bar. I thought the volume of the televisions was a little outrageous; felt like I had to scream to the person sitting across from me. Service was great. Our table was sticky and one of the employees was vacuuming the dining room right up to our table while we were eating, which didn't help the noise level. It was dirty and I understand they were doing their job but that could have waited until we departed. Dirty overall and louder in comparison to other MBC locations I have been to.
Amazing food and the staff was great. Went there with my hockey I coaches and they were very accommodating to us. They did a great job with get the food out in a timely manner. There was 30 of us. Went back the next day for lunch and had Rachel as our server, she was friendly and up beat and was always smiling.
