I live very close to this location. For the most part I have no issues. The one issue I do have is how they put the items in the bag. It seems like they don’t care how items sit in the bags. Numerous times, I have received food just to find the fries dumped all over the bag and/or almost literally upside down. It seems like there is not effort to split the food up between bags to make it more presentable. Just shove as much inside and hope it fits. I worked there for 5 years and know this isn’t standard procedure. I don’t know if they do anymore but there is literally a diagram on the bottom of the bags showing how this is done. It’s not rocket science, it’s common sense.
I use to work here as a high school student. I loved the place, but recently I had my worst encounter. One of the manager (I believe) hand out our food through drive thru and did not wait until we grab it and it dropped. She told us that we will have to grab it. I found it rude because of the way she talked to us. Secondly, she didn’t offer to give us fresh food, rather the food spilled out not. We also have missing food and condiments. I am very disappointed in how customer service has become in this place.
They weren’t even busy and still messed up my order. Food is always cold and doesn’t taste as good as it used to. They lost me as a customer today.
For a McDonald's you get what you'd expect. This location is still drive-thru and curbside only. I like to order through the app and get curb-side pickup. Usually they have the order out in 2 - 3 minutes.
I do like the price of their drinks. But their new prices are edging upwards as far as other menu items. Can't help but to think that those will never go back to pre pandemic prices, even if general food items return to pre pandemic costs.
The food is ok. Except the mellow yellow tasted weird Restrooms were disgusting. How am I supposed to masterbate in that filth
The service is getting bad in the last yr, In the last 4 out of 10 visits to Mc. My order has been wrong or missing items I paid for. Sometimes the coffee is Lukewarm. Also, limp fries. But the staff is friendly. I like Mc I just wish they would get their act together. This situation is frustrating. Most of the time we eat in the car in the parking lot and if the order is wrong we have to get back in drive thru line to get order fixed. Or may have gone home to eat and order is not right.
Ordered a Quarter pound burger without cheese along with other items. Quarter pound burger was made with cheese and when it was remade the burger was cold to the touch. I haven't felt good since I ate the burger and food from this restaurant.
So last week I went drive thru for dinner. Ordered a hot chocolate and they upsold me on adding caramel. It was great. So today I just went to grab a caramel frappe for my daughter and then thought 'What the heck' and ordered a large hot chocolate with caramel. O to the M to the Mc-G!!! It was absolutely amazing! First time in 20 years I've tried a new drink there that was a mirror image of my first experience!! And big shout out to the young man who originally suggested it last week, he was there this morning cashiering at the 1st window!
Still only drive-thru!! Pretty long line. Nice order taker, considering the stress of lots of people waiting to order!!
