first time ordering for delivery.first pizza they sent was the wrong pizza then the second one half the toppings slid off the pizza and were sitting on the side of it

It is a nice pizza place. Went there on a friday evening for the first time. We had an online order. I was 5mins early for the online pick-up time but they did not seem happy about that. Heard some grumbling about it. I get being frustrated. They also have help wanted signs so I understand they are short staffed. Hopefully I can make it there again sometime and have a little better experience. It was fun watching the oven rotate while cooking though. Cheese bread was really good as well!

Luigi’s has underwhelmed once again. Bad attitudes, poor customer service and mediocre pizza. It’s been a couple years since we’ve been back and given them another chance tonight. Ordered on-line, stopped in to pick up the pizza. Greeted by Joe with her always unpleasant attitude. Mom/owner and another employee sitting at the only table occupied in the uninviting dinning area. Not a single one of them said hello or even acknowledged I was walking into their restaurant, which has zero atmosphere and feels like a take out joint, . Could be a really nice restaurant with some music, better lighting with welcoming staff. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by giving them my business. They have a table blocking the pick up / take out window you need to go to in order to pick up your pizza, which is in the dining area. Letting Joe know my name and the pizza we ordered, she rudely asked me to stand on the other side of the table, like I was in her personal space, making it awkward. She then placed the pizza on the table, with a look on her face like I was interrupting her. I picked my pizza up and left without any goodbye or thanks for stopping. Seems like a minor detail, but any good business owner knows it goes a long way to say thank you. Instead you leave this boring and frankly forgettable pizza joint, feeling like you were a bother. Bottom line, your pizza’s not that great and your customer service is awful. We will not be back .

We are originally from CT and we have been looking for a good Italian place with good pizza and calzone. We loved the family atmosphere, friendly owners. Family runed. The sausage wasn't crumbled and was actually nice size sausage on it. I highly recommend it. This is true pizza Wisconsin.

Fantastic service and even better food if that’s possible. Great place.

We ordered the football pizza, very delicious. We had asked for the Tony 4 seven people, five pieces left. Would go back again.

Small family run restaurant!! The pizza was excellent. My brother in law Mike, his wife Karen and myself shared a vegetarian pizza. The vegetables were fresh, plus we got an order of cheese bread which was also delicious. My husband Al got Cazone which he really enjoyed I recommend you visit this family run restaurant.

I ordered manicotti and cannolis never received my receipt. Food was in a used box,no napkins or silverware. Bread sticks were mini ones. No sauce for bread sticks. Delivery driver lied and said he asked me if I wanted a receipt. He never asked me . I assumed it would be in box.I never received a receipt. And I paid with a credit card. The MA icotti was in . A small tin not home made like I thought. Paid 23 dollars for meal. It was not worth what I paid for it. That was the owner that sent this. You would think she would known better Very disapointed.disappointed. in response to owners comments. Why would I not want a receipt for my records. And your stuff isn't homemade either . And you can take your word over the driver's that's fine. And the box was a used fruit box.

Best pizza!!! Great friendly owner and staff. Quick service. Both pan and thin crust are amazing!!!

Sara, our server was very pleasant, polite and attentive to our needs. Pizza was good but could have occupied space in the oven for a few more minutes.
