I don't get why companies don't do what they're supposed to do. This is right down the road from me and after the 5th time ordering and it not being available, I finally asked why they advertise the EMB as hot and ready when they never have it. The last said that came from corporate and they don't do that. I'm not waiting 10 minutes (which always ends up being 20 at this location) for a hot and ready. Really sick of the low standards here. At least the regular pepperoni was edible.

Great customer service, if anything bad does happen to the order they will fix it for free or give you a coupon, great service! Managers are nice, respectful and helpful. Love the employee Anthony who helped me pick my dinner

If this is for Eat Street they get a 2 Star they messes8 up the order. BUT if it's to Little Caesars they get the 5 star!! They fixed the mistake, the girl who took care of my call night before fixed it and was there the next day to make sure it was fixed. She went above and beyond great customer service. Usually we eat little Caesar's when were in a hurry or something cheap. Its not my favorite pizza place... but this time the pizza was perfect. Not burnt, enough cheese, was still HOT and ready. Which most stores dont do. Great job!
