Ordered on their quick pick up app. Told me my food was going to be ready at 5:44pm. We got there at 5:40pm and they haven’t even started it. We sat in the parking lot and no other cars came in. Even thru the drive thru. We finally got our food at 6:08pm and it wasn’t right. They missed a soda, sauces we paid for, our fries and cookies. When I went in there to tell them they missed some things the one guy was nice about it (which was awesome) but then I got hit on from an employee standing in the back doing nothing. Mind you I’m 7 months pregnant. Felt totally uncomfortable. I will never come back to this KFC. I rather drive to Popeyes downtown or even to the one in Menasha.
Worst experience, Ordered bucket of tender and it was literally chicken tender floating in oil, so much pathetic. do not recommend.
Do the famous bowls no longer come with chicken? I ordered one through drive through and got Mashed potatoes, corn and gravy in a bowl.
Absolutely awful! I ordered $43 worth of chicken, sides, with dessert. Told me it would be 20 minutes for my 8 pc bucket of chicken. Going on an hour, I went up to the drive thru window and the employees were confused as to where my order was and to who had taken it off the screen if I had not received it. The woman working the drivethru was very nice and quickly got them to get my order together and offered a free side but when I checked my order….they had given me a wrong side. So I had to go back up to the window and get the correct side that I had ordered.
Dirty and extremely poor customer service. Staff smoking outside the door and have it locked during business hours when you’re supposed to go inside to pick up online orders. Then they look at you in disgust because they’ve been inconvenienced during their smoke break. App indicates how far along the order is up to completion but the order hadn’t even been started when I got there. One lady was working hard trying to fill drive through orders. The girl taking orders couldn’t be bothered. The other was still on smoke break outside the door. No stars
I can't rate this with NO stars. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the family size bucket of original chicken mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I waited almost an hour after being told it would be about 20 minutes. I went in and was told I had about 8 minutes left to wait. After already waiting for over 40 minutes. After I waited those 8 minutes, I went to go back in but they had locked the door. Very unprofessional. It was after 5pm when they locked the door. I tried calling the KFC line and got only music. To say the very least I was angry and highly upset. This food wasn't even for me.
Will never go to another kfc! The one on Wisconsin ave is horrible. We ordered a 9 & 14. It took 20 minutes and as we are driving down the road going thur the order there is no receipt, no drinks, no fries, no chicken for the #9 and the #14 chicken is soaking in 1/2” of grease! We couldn’t eat any of the food! Tried to call MANY times and no answer. Emailed corporate and no answer. What a joke of a business.
Very slow... They seem very confused about what they're doing. They were not serving anyone when I got there. Waited over 20 minutes for an order that was placed ahead of time. The people that arrived before me were still waiting when I finally got my order. One said over 40 minutes and counting.... One employee seemed to be doing everything, the others were just wandering. Definitely won't be back.
I had a relatively minor issue when I ordered online $68 of chicken from KFC - they did not include my dessert cake. I attempted to call for a refund - 20 minutes and multiple dials & all I got was ringing and disconnecting. I drove back to the store for a refund & got a runaround. I did not get a refund because I must go back to the people I had paid for the chicken (??) - I ordered from KFC.COM. The phones? They claim they haven't worked for a while and repeated requests for fixes have gone unanswered. I asked for Manager contact info - they could not give me that - they don't know how to contact their Manager. Good-bye KFC; good-bye YUM Foods.
The staff are rude, and never smile they act annoyed when you ask for hunny or napkins. Im pretty sure they are not disposing old food the potatoes we got both containers smelled rancid, in just threw them away what is tbe point in going back im sure the others will be the same. We will not go back to this one ever again.
