I called to check if there was an issue with my order as it hadn’t left over a half hour after I placed it. Lauren was very rude, refused to give her name initially, said she didn’t know when her general manager would be in. Said “uh- yeah- we are busy and my driver isn’t back,” and no apologies for my order not leaving 55 minutes after I ordered it. Then I called to cancel it and miraculously it was on its way.
I called to make sure that there was nothing wrong with my order as it was taking really long. The girl who answered the phone said, “Yeah, uh we are really busy and my driver hasn’t come back yet.” No apology, and the poor attitude was really disappointing.
Came in with a bus load of 20 people. The 4 people behind the counter turn our business away. They would not even attempt to serve us. So if 5 cars came in with 4 subs per order would they have served them?
Sandwich was fery fresh. Great friendly service. Quick!!
Be sure to order an hour ahead of when you actually want your food. I paid a $3.50 delivery fee along with a $5 tip hoping to get my single sub quickly for lunch before a work meeting. But no, as usual, it took an hour to get here. This is a location specific issue because I've never had an issue with other locations, but it continues to happen at this one.
Don’t order delivery from here unless you want it to take an hour and a half, an hour and twenty minutes of that just to make a sub. I even called about 40 minutes in and asked what’s up and they said it would be there in a couple minutes. Literally took an hour and twenty minutes to make a sub and ten minutes to be delivered. They will not refund either. They could care less even if your grandma got food poisoning from them and died or if your two subs took over an hour to be made.
Sandwich was great. Took home an extra loaf of bread and made homemade garlic bread to have with our lasagna the next day

When you are hungry and it’s late this was a perfect stop. The food was very fresh and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant.
