This was the third and last time I'll be ordering from here. We live half a mile away. The first couple times I ordered our food took an hour to come. This time I waited an hour and a half, called and the manager told me it should already be delivered. The online tracker didn't say it was out for delivery at all. They said they'd get it out right away, I got a call 20 minutes later asking to confirm my address because apparently the delivery driver said there was a sign on my house saying that it was uninhabitable.... I haven't seen any house like that at all in my entire neighborhood. Gave them some more details, waited another 15 minutes, and I could see from the online tracker that my sandwich still wasn't out for delivery. I called and cancelled the order and they just said "Ok, you'll have to wait 3-5 days for your refund" Wow. I recommend that you avoid this experience, especially if you're pregnant with hungry little kids at home.
Consistently good food with super fast servvice. Wish this location had more room to sit though.
One driver to deliver 5 orders at once stuck waiting 20 min for delivery I'm 5 min down the road so much for freaky fast delivery
Hour and a half for delivery. Forgot side of kickin ranch. Not sure how else I can express the disappointment. Easier to order in person I guess.
I came in for #3 Totally Tuna and they recommended banana peppers and dijon. I love it! Thank you for making my day!
If I could give them zero stars I would. Our last order took over an hour to receive. Isn’t that Jimmy John’s motto? Freaky fast delivery? Tonight, the driver “doesn’t feel safe” delivering our order we placed. Maybe they shouldn’t be a delivery driver? It’s not snowing out and the roads have been cleared. We live less than a mile away. I know there’s staffing shortages because of Covid, but don’t come up with a lame excuse to not fulfill an order.

Usually love Jimmy johns always get the sandwich the way i want.... well ok not always apparently. Ordered for wife kids and myself all ordered a variation of the ultimate porker. I got a 16 in so i had half for work tomorrow... man i was starving.. got the delivery all good until i opened mine...wasn't ham..... was either turkey or chicken.. granted i ate it anyway (starving) but come ON! 3 of the same sandwiches with HAM hence the name Ultimate PORKER!
My coworkers and I have been ordering from this location for the last few years and our employer frequently orders for our entire company. First terrible experience I've had with them was a few weeks ago when we called a half hour before they opened and ordered for delivery at 10:30 and it was 11:05 when it was delivered! At that point my lunch. Was over and the driver was pretty darn snarky with me when I told her she was 35 minutes late. Called customer service and complained and was told the ownership group would be contacting me to rectify the situation and it's been 3 weeks with no word from them! Definitely lost a customer here and I will be spreading the word!
