Had a great experience on this visit. The self-serve food counters were clean and well stocked with all the ingredients. After making our noodle bowls we headed over to the grill, which was being cleaned in between rounds of cooking. We only waited a few minutes for the food to be cooked fresh in front of us. Our noodles were delicious and our waitress was very attentive and kind.
For 2 adults and 2 kids(they ate free) it was $38.00 for the buffets and 1 glass wine, so a little more than the usual buffet costs in our area, but really great selection. As a vegetarian I found plenty to eat, had good selection for the kids as well and my wife got her seafood so she was happy. The line to get food moved quickly, chefs hostess, and server were all really great and friendly. They did a great job keeping the food area clean for the most part and had gloves and sanitizer available by the buffet for guests. Overall a good experience, but not as awesome as I remember from when they first opened.
A new experience for me. It is like a buffet where you choose the stuff you want to eat and then hand it to the chef, who cooks it in front of you. The only qualm i have is that some of the meat was not cooked in my food and hence do not think i would do it frequently. Over all the idea was amazing and the food tasted great with the multitude of sauces!
I'm a truck driver and travel all over the country. I love fresh, build-your-own, AUCE stirfry. I've been to 4 different HuHot locations. 1 in Billings MT, 1 in Souix City IA, 1 outside Detroit MI and now this one. Based on memory, this is the only 1 out of the 4 that gives you an option to add rice to your stir-fry prior to it getting cooked. I prefer rice fried rather than steamed, so this made my day. Everything was delicious and Brooke B, my server, was outstanding. Not only pretty (hehe) but also very friendly and courteous. She was attentive and came across like she was happy to be there. So many servers don't have a cheerful attitude. Brooke was a very positive exception to the norm. She rocked.! ??

I always love this place. You can pick and choose your fav grill items and the sauce combos are endless. The cooks are friendly and fast...tip them! I'm a vegetarian, and they always go out of their way to accommodate by having tons of options and they can section off the grill if you have sensitivities. I will be back!

Haven't been there for quite awile. I'm going back more often..healthier better buy for your money. Costs more to eat junk food here you get many choices and fresh cooked in front of you.waitress there to help... love restaurant

Ok, we have been to a number of HuHot, this one is the worst. Food tasted fine, that's not the issue. The issue is... it's dirty, filthy honestly. My son grabbed a bowl and it was dirty, the floor sticks to your shoes, food on the floor, the sauce bar is sloppy, grab a ladle you get a handful of sauce and it is all over, the cook top is disgusting, made me not hungry. They have it set up wrong, standing in line while people are working their way around you at the buffet. We will not be going back. Oh wait and the shocking part is...they fill the sauces with water!! Definitely not worth the money.
