Bartender Kayla was not professional. Complaining in front of customers to coworker, wearing playboy bunny symbols on her pants while wearing a shirt that barely covers her chest and a slouchy jacket. Looks like someone that showed up in pajamas honestly. Has huge fake nails and used them to grab limes out of the containers to where none of us wanted to finish our drinks. Long fake nails harbor so much bacteria. She cared more about her phone and talking to coworkers than helping customers. We were excited for this place to open to try it out and are so disappointed. It’s not even worth going back for employees like that.
This was the first time that I ate at Holidays Pub..I kept seeing the sign for it when I would drive by so this time I said lets eat there...From the moment we walked in from the hostess to our server and even the lady that dropped our food off..We had the best service!!!! Everyone was presentable, kind, professional and the atmosphere was inviting. The place was really clean and the team worked really well with one another for the over all team effort.. The only thing negative I can say about the place, is that after we put our left overs in a to-go box, I ended up leaving it on the table!! :( Disappointing because they had great Haddock and Perch...We will be back!
We are so excited this place opened up in our neighborhood! We had a very good experience on a Thursday night after work. It was busy yet we were seated right away and had very attentive service. The spotted cow cheese curds were awesome with a light batter, the garden salad with all kinds of delicious chopped up vegetables was so good and fresh, and my husband loved his burger. We ordered a couple of the featured drinks which were nothing to brag about since they seemed a little weak and watery. Next time we will order our favorite cocktails instead. There will be a next time soon!
I hate to give a new location a bad review although they took off 3 items because the food was cold but the plate was hot. The food I would rank a 1 star at best.. I think because they're just opening up they're having issues in the kitchen because the one in Neenah is very good so with that said at this moment. I will update my review Once I go there in a couple months to see if anything's changed. The bartender service was awesome the place is clean and it look like the servers were hustling to keep up with the people that were there but like I said the food wasn't very good they had a very good beer menu but they were out of spotted cow which is a Wisconsin staple I thought that was odd. I will reevaluate this place in a couple months to see if anything changed but at this time I will not be going back because the food wasn't very good at all it was cold and overpriced. Also I don't like that they don't give a military discount. Last week the kitchen times are about a half an hour to 45 minutes
While the service was pretty good and the food OK I'd probably not eat here again unless I was doing takeout. There was no silverware or napkins on the table and the table was dirty. It was sticky and also had salt or sugar as well as food from the prior customers. While we waited, two other tables left and they WERE NOT CLEANED before the next party was seated. I watched them take the dirty dishes and not wipe down the table. Id be concerned about carching more than COVID. Overall the food was mediocre and the restaurant was dirty. This is disappointing given that this location has been open about a week.
