Over $20 for a 1/4# cheeseburger, small fries and large fountain soda?!? The food quality was average at best, and I wasn't even quite full when I left! I certainly wasn't about to spend another $11 on a cheeseburger, though! The menu is extremely limited with no appetizers, no soups or salads, no sides except for french fries...not even onion rings. Overall just a disappointing menu with few options to choose from. I'd advise going anywhere else in the area as this place has the highest prices I have ever seen around here for a lower-end burger joint in the Fox Valley. Such a RIPOFF.
Great place, love the food. Only thing is I got the wrong burger, it was completely my fault. My boyfriend asked them to fix it and it was our fault that I said the wrong order. They proceeded to talk about how I was blaming the cashier very loudly and it was my fault. Granted it was but I was in no way blaming the cashier. They don’t wear name tags but the one who was rudely talking about it had a goatee and was yelling the entire time even after the manger came out to tell them not to yell.
Honestly, this place had been hyped up to me before I got there so I thought There was no way it could be as good as all that. But they absolutely lived up to the hype. The fries were amazing and they give you a generous amount. The burger was one of the best I have ever had. You could tell the ingredients were fresh. Love this place and now I am one of the people who tells others how great it is.
The food is good. The wait was short. The staff was courteous. However, there is no reason for 2 burgers, 2 fountain drinks and 1 order of fries to cost nearly $40. It's an indulgence and there are other places with similar fare at lower cost.
Food was ok. Not worth the 35.00 we spent. Fries had so much salt it would over took the flavor.
First time at five guys for me and I had heard the food was good but a little spendy but it was well worth the money.A young guy named Marcus took care of me, made some suggestions very cool kid, friendly, and had a great attitude! just the kind of guy you would want for a place like this!The food didn't disappoint and I will definitely be back thanks Marcus!

Wile wee where eating dinner, we watch an employee pick a sandwich off the floor, put it on his station, ( dirty sandwich) remove the paper wrap, and replace a clean one. Never wiped down his station after. Passing dirt and contamination to the sand×it he'd till closing time.
Great food. But $$$.00 expensive. 39.00 for 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks. Probably be awhile before going back unless they start issuing coupons. Two for one special, maybe.
