Absolutely worst experience/customer service ever. The sandwich I ordered only came with meat and cheese and a very poorly applied tiny amount. I used to love Erbert and Gerberts.

One employee was great the other not so much... the bigger guy came from back wiped his face with a towel..never washed his hands..thank God the other guy made the sandwiches.. the guy went in back..then someone important came in and he was all friendly end engaged in everything that was happening.. maybe an owner or something.. but he completely changed... you should be acting like that all the time and sharing responsibilities not panning 4 customers off on the other guy ..
These employees at the Casaloma location are the best. We have yet to see a an unhappy employee.
Be better if they get the beer cheese soup back in
