When you pay for a service, you expect that service. Today was not the first time I had a problem. Last time I ordered I got uncooked bacon strips. This time they forgot all the bacon strips and didn’t even bother to stir the coffee. Which ended up being incorrect, as well. Recently just have been having pretty poor experiences here. I had switched from Starbucks to here but am seeing too many issues to justify the switch. Ugh.

This location has been going downhill since the end of summer. Everything was good, but since then more and more orders are screwed up, things forgotten in the order, bagels not toasted when they were supposed to be, bagels coming with less and less cream cheese. Today was the last straw for me, this is how my bagel came...a BAT could see that this is not enough cream cheese. I mean what person does this, looks at it and goes, "man that is perfect", and hands it off........?

Buchanan dunkin has the best atmosphere and all the best drinks
The service was so fast and friendly, and it's a much more affordable option than other coffee shops.
It was ok, not rave worthy. Just not much of a dunkin person, always tastes burnt to me. Otherwise service was great
Great experience at Dunkin this morning! Our girls loved the festive donuts and wonderful Christmas decorations. The staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. One of the friendly workers Lindsay was awesome and even got me a chair, so I could sit by my two girls very thoughtful. The manager Dani was awesome and friendly.
Actually terrible. Ordered the simplest drink ever with just vanilla flavoring. Got my drink and it was the most bitter thing ever. I called them and they said they ran out of flavoring days ago and the person making the drink literally just decided to not put it in and not tell anyone at all all. Honestly embarrassing to have employees like this. Just lazy and don't care at all. Never getting food or coffee from here ever again.
Every time we visit this location they are out of something. Creamer, donuts, hot chocolate mix, etc.
