Good quality and on time pizza. Would order again.
I finally used my $25 credit and was very disappointed with everything my pizza was cold and very dry(hardly any sauce) both kinds of wings I ordered were not that good and we're cold! The driver that delivered admitted to delivering my order to the wrong address at first very disappointed ☹️
Last 2 times I ordered from here it takes 1 hour plus and I’m only 5 blocks away from them called the girl said I’m the only one here like what kinda dominos is this
Ordered a couple times for delivery and it took them over 1 hour 30 min. to delivered our pizzas. Also, when it arrived our pizza was half burnt black. I don't know who would ever allow a burnt pizza to be delivered. When you file a complaint they offer a free medium pizza or 20% off your order in place of your Large pizza. I'm done with ordering from Domino's on Calumet Street. I rather just go to a better pizza chain.
My family prefers this store over the others in the area. The staff is always kind, under standing and professional. I recently had a problem with a promotional discount and it was taken care of fast. I applaud the general manager Travis for being professional and kind on the phone call and reconciling the problem quickly.
Ordered from here, they actually drove out to our location but then called and cancelled the order. Said it was outside their service area. The app allowed it. Then yesterday, I receive the coupon sheet in the mail and it's this store. Unbelievable.
Ordered chicken toppings on my pizza. I think they forgot to add them. There is no chicken
Was very late. I had selected pickup and was 12 minutes later than when it said it should be ready.Update and edit 11/2021....had a quality issue with an order and didn't want to drive all the way back there and all the way back home for the correct pizza. Was okay with a credit for the value for what I ordered but they would only credit half of the value. Spoke to a manager who said that was all they could do. Due to the poor customer service, I won't have dominoes anymore.
My fiance and I order here often and I must say they deliver like Jimmy John's speedy and fast and of course food is always hot and very delicious.
my pizza always cold. left in rain. never tip because the driver is allways late. just order papa murphysn instead with your ebt save your money here$$ . plus the general manager has long hair found a strand of it on my sandwich. ewwwwwww
