I forgot what the burger with bacon was called and my older sister asked what they had with bacon and the person at the drive thru mic responds with “we can add bacon to anything. I could even add bacon to the concrete Mixers” which was absolutely funny. But they fulfill my wish of adding bacon to a chicken sandwich. They also were able to do a strawberry Mango cooler mix and they wrote hearts with pur Cups which is so Sweet. I love every single one who worked todays shift when my family visited at 9pm today they really need a raise <3
When a customer asks "Is it okay if I pay in ones?" And the snooty teenage response is "Sure. I guess I can count 16 times." They need to be made explicitly aware that they just made a loyal customer feel like a burden. This kind of "I'm only working because my parents force me to" attitude is terrible customer service and a disaster for customer retention. When the customer still says "Thank you!" After snooty teenager #2 hands them their food, and #2's response is a very callous "Mhmmm..." while walking away... That's a big strike out.Might be worth considering slight pay raises, coupled with more strict customer service coaching so ungrateful employees become assets and not liabilities.P.S. It should be a rule that any order with fries should include at least one ketchup packet. Not trying to rant, just a loyal customer offerring insights that may make this business more sustainable.
This was our first time dining in the restaurant in some time. The staff member that took our order was polite, ad well as the one that dropped our order off. Food was good as always.Only gripe was we couldn't find a high chair, turns out they're tucked away in th3 back of the seating area.
Worst Culver's ever? Probably. Food was burnt. Orders were wrong. Ice cream was melted when they gave it to us. Location for drive thru is bad.
The tried and true favourite food that won't let you down. Consistent cooking, and best custard around. Watch out for rush hour traffic, and careful in the parking lot please!!!
I love culver's! Gotta get a shake while you're there!! Be sure to save scooped points from your kids meals. It does take a REALLY long time to get your food so be prepared for that.
Terrible Chocolate Malt. Pretty much vanilla ice cream with a hint of chocolate. Slim to no actual malt flavor. Way to thick. Ordered at drive through, couldn't drink through straw had to wait till I got home to eat with a spoon. Pretty much you are getting a cup of vanilla custard!
Excellent 2-piece cod fish dinner with delicious mashed otatoes, gravy, and steamed broccoli. Best fish in the valley by far for $11.91.
Very good food! People often complain about a longer wait but they make everything fresh. Good food is worth waiting for.
The young people behind the counter didn't seem to be overly attentive to the customers waiting in line. Also there was a lot of garbage laying around things laying on the floor nobody picking up anything. They had no problem sitting behind the counter talking but they weren't keeping the place neat not a very well kept Culvers. One of the least impressive Culver's I've ever been to.
