Awful hours. PAY YOUR STAFF BETTER so you can have enough staff for normal hours. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.
The restaurant is clean and well kept. I have been to a few locations and maybe this was a one time thing but the sub tasted very different. Not bad, just not the same.

Went on Sunday Oct. 31, only to find you were closed and changed ur hours on Oct. 25. Would have been nice if u would have changed them on your website. It still has all the other hours . Drove 45 minutes for nothing
Not one employee greeted me, I waited at the register for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I am eating my food in the restaurant as I type and have not even seen a smile!
Received an email for a free birthday sub and restaurant would not accept it. Evidently we were not in their "system". But yet they have our email address, and my wife's birthdate!Bought two subs anyway. I would not recommend the hot roast beef sub.Normally we like Cousins, but this visit was not good.
Just was wondering why you changed your bread? Not the same made the sandwich taste cheap. Ordered steak sandwiche and the Philly steak the cheese was like cheddar and tasted like veelveta and it was not melted and , the bread was not like they use to have. I love Cousins , but don't know if I'll come back.

Good service. Good tasting subs enough for two meals. Sides (chips) very expensive though.
One of the best sandwich shops in Appleton. Good varity of sub sandwiches. Best bred of any sub sandwich I ever had.
