Great service during an obviously busy lunch rush. The toppings are only ok, the tomatoes are the worst ones I've ever had on my subs. They're like a pale pink looking color,nasty. They really do ruin an otherwise delicious sub,Seriously. Does anybody that works there even try the toppings? Get new tomatoes please. Time to step into a new era cousins subs.

Manager, JOEY, was very friendly and upbeat, had a positive attitude and seemed genuinely happy to be helping us. He was super polite to other customers and to other crew members. Great leader! Deserves to be recognized! We ordered 2 Italian specials-added pepperoni and jalapenos to mine, he suggested the relish which was great! Subs were excellent and restaurant was clean.
I had really exemplary service here. The gentleman who helped me came out to tell me how I could save money on the type of sandwich I normally order. All the staff were very pleasant and the food was great.

Picked up my order and it was ready at the time they said it would be. Cheese steak is my go to sub and the staff was very polite.
I visited with my 3 kids yesterday evening and I cannot imagine we were easy guests. I wish I remembered the names of the staff so I could give them proper recognition. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. I’m not sure if it’s standard for dine-in, but our trays were delivered to our table, which was a huge help. I’m sure they were rejoicing when we left, but I am more than grateful for the service I received.
Was in doing dash. Very friendly & seems very customer friendly. Cashier seemed to asked a person in front of me several questions for their order. Smelled good walking. I might have to try this place on my own
Cousins is a classic sub shop - one that I’ve had since I was little. Nothing about it has changed which is great! The service at this specific location was off the charts. I ordered ahead and barely had to wait in line for it!
