No way to get a hold of anyone, the phone number is just a robot. They also are apparently broke or lazy, that they can't put utensils in delivery orders.WHY DO YOU GUYS NEVER PUT UTENSILS IN DELIVERY ORDERS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CHECK THE BOX ON UBER EATS WEBSITE, TO INCLUDE UTENSILS!!!!!!!! I'm at work most of the time I order and do not have access to utensils. I'm not sure what's so hard about this. I can't eat my burrito bowl with my hands, I'm not a caveman. I just ordered from you guys again tonight, and thought I would call beforehand, to ensure they put a fork in my order. Well guess what, their phone number is not to the actual store. It is an automated system that never directs you to an actual person no matter what you say or what button you press. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with...
The seats are cool. Would have given 5 stars if they had riced cauliflower. I love hibiscus tea and they have it there so that's a win.over all not bad.
Way better than the other Mexican place across the street. Nicer people and my food was not cold. Keep up the good work!
So I’m a Qdoba person but I thought I’d give this place a try, food is alright food was a bit on the warm side not hot, but the thing that got me was you pay extra for queso pay extra for guac and pay extra for chips. I’ll definitely stick with Qdoba where all that stuff come free with your bowl

My hubby loved his burrito... the chips, guacamole and queso dip were all awesome. I ordered a steak salad and it was spicy. Not sure if it was the meat or a dressing. I didn't realize they would put a chipotle honey vinaigrette on the salad. Was hoping it would be on the side. I couldn't see it on the salad. Had to put ranch on just to eat it... I will know for next time...
The best Chipotle I have been to. Very clean, consistently good food, and nice e people.

I think this is the only Chipotle in WI that has never messed up my order before. Friendly staff and clean store! I’ve also ordered through door dash before and they’re always good about getting my order done in a timely manner.
Pick up orders are rarely ready even 5 or 10 mins after their committed time. Additionally the tacos are very light on ingredients here. Staff up during peak hours, and train your people to deliver the company standard.
