This establishment has gone down hill!!!! I spent $30 for 3 meals(1 a kids meal) which was fine! But this is fast food, I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru! There was a total of 4 customers before me. And when I pulled up my bags were waiting hanging open getting cold!! They reassured me they would be good!! Well imagine that! My burger wasn’t even warm!! I will never spend a dime there again!! And I’m sure they won’t be open that long if they can’t handle 4 customers at a time! Where is their management? And common sense!!

Used to be pretty good, a lot of little things added up to a bad experience recently.I decided to try the new Whopper Melt they were advertising on their big Burger King sign. The sandwich came with the right ingredients inside but the wrong bun. We used a deal on the app that clearly said we could get a free Original Chicken Sandwich with a $3 purchase but was told the deal doesn’t work for the OCS. The bun of the Chicken sandwich we did get was a little burnt and very very stale. Half the fries were hot, and half were cold. The pop was all ice and very little actual soda.Very disappointed, we will be going to McDonald’s from now on.

Bring back the whopper on the 2 for 6. Also stop nuking the sandwiches there gross with hot pickles

Place an order in the app for Pick Up. It said that it would be ready at 1:04, so I arrived at 1pm in case they were quicker than expected. At 1:05 I went yo the doors thinking that maybe I was supposed to go into the vestibule, but the doors were locked. I waited until 1:10 and reluctantly joined the ridiculously long drive thru line, which was the reason I ordered for "Pick Up".When I finally got to the window at 1:21, I asked the manager if they didn't ACTUALLY do pick up and he replied "no". I suggested that they should remove it from their app as an option to avoid having people sit out there waiting for nothing to happen. He didn't respond in any way so I told him that I was parked out front waiting for my order for quite a while, to which he shrugged his shoulders, raised his hands, and walked away.All in all it wasn't a huge deal. It was his lack of concern that was most upsetting. He wasn't a young kid, which would almost be understandable, but a man in his mid 40s to 50s...my age. From the customer service generation...Somebody may make the same mistake and end up missing their lunch or dinner because they're on a 30 minute break...Fix this BK. And fix the blue shirt manager at VanRoy Rd in Appleton.The Ghost Pepper nuggets were pretty good, but I got fries instead of onion rings.

Gave us 2 different burgers than asked for. Asked for 2 double whoppers wits cheese no onions. One came with bacon on it and the other one had jalapeño peppers.

Would like to say I enjoyed my stop but can't as they were CLOSED at 2pm with all their signs saying they were open.

Please dont microwave the bacon cheeseburger. Pickles should not be hot. Its makes the burger taste gross. And you burn your mouth. Just stick with flame broiled as you claim to be.

We ordered thru the drive thru. I made the order simple whopper meal with cheese, no tomato, onion rings, Coke. Then I said please make it 2 the same. There was nothing on the screen, nothing unusual. Got the the window to pay, gave the guy my credit card. Got receipt back with card. Stated fries. I finally go this attention. I told him that we wanted onion rings, not fries. He went back in the window. A girl comes to the window and states you didn't pay for onion rings, you will have to pay for them. I again give them my card, thinking there is an "up charge" for onion rings. I receive receipt for $2.10. I receive my first bag, and now another small bag. I had my doubts at this point but there were people waiting behind me. Neither of us was able to insert the straw in our drinks because both cups had a huge chunk of ice in them. Upon opening the big bag, we received our 2 whoppers (with correct toppings) and 2 orders of cold fries. In the small bag was one order of onion rings. By now, I am too angry to go back and since no one seems to understand my order, I figured I would just get more upset. I did contact Burger King , but have not received a response. Feeling like they don't care anyway.

fast drive thru service. friendly staff. cold drinks and hot food
