Seriously, the ABSOLUTE WORST Buffalo Wild Wings experience ever. Avoid this location. Arrived at 740P to a sign on the door saying they closed at 9P. Ok, I get that, staffing shortages and whatever. Walk in and the only available seating is in the bar area. Not because they are busy, but because they closed the dining area and made you sit at the bar or bar tables. Ok, I can accept that with short staff, you wanna reduce the space covered. But they had at least 2 servers plus a bartender. There were 5 tables seated when we got there. A family of 5, 2 tables of 4, and 2 tables of 2 or 3. Nobody at the bar. We sat at the bar. It was LOUD! The only section they were seating people but you could not have a conversation. Some guys were really into the NBA game, so turning it down wasn't gonna happen. A few minutes later, bartender came behind the bar and asked for our drink order. It was over 10 minutes before she came back to take a food order...Naked chicken strips/fries and a 5 pc tenders and fries. At 817P, she brought one of them. Didn't seem to care that one order was missing. It was 12 minutes later that the lukewarm second order came out. Bartender said that "They put it in a to go box, sorry". it had been sitting in the window. They plated it and served to us after that length of time. Are you kidding me? One here and one to go while two of us are sitting at the bar and ordered together? Nobody asked how our food was, nobody seemed to care. Please, just avoid this place and hopefully they bulldoze it and put something else in there.
I read just about every review on Google for this place and still decided to give it a chance. I went with my brothers and was told to sit wherever I'd like.Our server quickly came to our table and asked what we'd like to drink. Our drinks weren't full to the top and we joked avout who got the one with less soda. It didn't matter anyways because refills were free.Since it was Thursday, we all got the b1g1 boneless (total 80 wings). We got out order exactly how we wanted it. No hiccups on wrong sauces or anything.Avoid the reviews from people who order delivery through a 3rd party. Obviously your food won't arrive piping hot smhI can't remember our servers name but she was friendly and I'd go here again.
This is the WORST SERVICE! We gave it a 3rd time and I will never come back to this place again! We arrive with my wife and 2 kids. We waited 1hr for our food with nachos and cheese curds and kids meal! I had to track down my waitress to see where our drinks were, and find a manager to see where our food was. The manager was quick but after that it was terrible. This establishment needs a hug make over with new management and good servers. I can not believe how bad this place got. I will tell everyone and anyone that plans on going to this establishment!!!!!
We ordered 2 wraps w/ fries and 20 wings.The wraps and fried came out in a reasonable time but the wings took about 45 minutes. Both wraps were completely finished and we asked our waitress a few times about the wings. She said the cook was new and having troubles.I understand the shortage of reliable employees, but this was the second time we had the same issue. Sandwich delivered and had to wait much longer for the wings.
I usually love this place. Yes they were a little busy. Was I standing there for ten minutes without anyone saying one word? Like hey it’ll be a minute or ten? I would totally understand. There were several servers and whoever they are behind the counter jus standing around talking. Btw it’s not my job to offer customer service to the workers. I 100% wait to see how they are with customers. Whoever owns this place better show their workers customer service.
horrible horrible horrible service. tasteless dry wings. had to refill our own soda cups. food was about as cold as it is outside
Waited around 25 minutes, seat yourself. No one came to get out drink order or even acknowledge us. We ended up leaving and going to fazolis. They offered me reward points for the inconvenience
I ordered online and didn't realize it was bogo on boneless wings so I got them with Asian zing and they were really good. My only complaint was the girl behind counter was a little rude and that caught me by surprise. It will be a while before I come back. Didn't appreciate that.
USED to be a decent place. Lately this place has been trash though. The pickup times are ridiculously long even when theres barely any business inside. Staff needs some serious improvement. Slowest cooks I've ever seen.
The To Go orders were absolutely insane but the staff found a way to get our food out as it was made. They did the best they could given the extreme business they were battling to get out. Wings cooked to order perfectly.
