Food was ok, not as good as other locations, service was very poor, the lady handed me my soda and the lid didn't fit well, it spilled all over me, i told her the lid wasn't on right and it spilled, she just shrugged her shoulders and said that happens, then I asked for some extra napkins, she just mumbled and handed me my food, i got 2 napkins, she was very rude, and it wasn't because they were busy, because we were the only ones there. I won't be going back there needless to say. ?
Ice cold roast beef, crusty Mac and cheese and the cleanliness was none existing. The employees seemed to be beat down and no care to provide proper customers service. Had to get my car wipes to clean my own table, after asking for a wet rag to wipe it off.
Start in d.t. lane at 12:10p.m.got my order taken 12:16p.m.and was at the window at 12:30p.m. then had to be parked for my mozzarella sticks! I feel for everyone that has storage with people. I just got the feeling that many weren't getting parked before me. At the window she didn't give me my drink before I was parked either!
Nice to be served and greeted with a smile. Food was served quickly and tasted great! Nice clean dining area.
Food is great..got my order right except forgot forks...need to make more Turnovers...they are always out when my husband, who is a USMC veteran, (free) denied to to get one. They gave him a cookie though.
Our food was just barely warm from the drive through window, the taste was good.
Absolutely love the 1/2 roast beef sand. Try the horsey sauce with it. The drive thru goes pretty quickly

I don't know much people who actually like Arby's, however i think its a really good fast food establishment. Everything that i tried from there ended up being much more "real" tasting then the majority of fast food. Don't get me wrong, fast food tastes great, but its almost TOO great to the point where it tastes artificial. Arby's food tastes real, in my opinion, over most of all fast food places.My only complaint would be that the menu seems a bit limited for "picky" eaters, however thats not a big issue for someone whos open to alot of different foods, like myself. I honestly would give Arby's a 5 if they had more options, even if that would be difficult for them to do.To close things off, Arby's is really good. It just doesn't get alot of attention due to their lack of burgers, which is what most people think of when they hear "fast food". It's underappreciated, and it honestly is a different experience eating Arby's rather than the top fast food places. If you dont like burgers, but want fast food, i reccomend Arbys.Favorite Items: Beef N' Cheddar, French Dip, Buffalo Chicken (and the Slider variant), Wings, (Limited) Carmel Cinnamon ShakeLeast Favorite: Roast Beef (not the meat, the sandwich)
My family loves Arby's. I didn't feel like making dinner so I went to Arby's. Their French Dip sandwich is a family favorite. I am glad that they sell regular fries again, having a choice between regular and curly fries is great.
