Katrina was very friendly and brought my pup Remy a pup cup, thank you!! He was very excited for that treat and a new friend.
Well! I was hungry and the other dives had long lines of cars, AW had no one. I ordered a plain hamburger meal and I know now why there was no one in line at AW. I have had better burgers at gas stations. The fries were old and cold. Felt like I was eating chips of wood. What really got my spincter muscle tight was that I was asked for a tip before I even got my meal and on carry out. Felt like I was in a border state.
I was waiting for over 20 mins and they said sorry the food is just coming out fryer when I got the food was cold and not even warm I was vary upset with being lied to on the spot if your hungry trust me don’t go here your waste your time and money
Normally my family enjoys A&W, but this time, it was a major miss. It cost $40 for two adults and the food was disappointing - minus the cheesecurds and root beer. We got parked for nearly 15 minutes after already waiting 5 in drive thru for fresh chicken tenders. While they were hot, they were inedible and a waste of money. Not only did they taste like old cooking oil, but they were greasy and when you bit down, the chicken was rubber-chewy and wet. It was like biting into a balloon. Worse, the BBQ sauce was expired by four months. Likely won't be back anytime soon.
Got none of our orders right then claimed we took food out to lie to them. I get people are short staffed and I have the utmost respect for people but I don’t like to be accused of lying and not receiving all of our food. Now all of our food is cold and mushy.
Lobby was closed due to short staffing but they still let my 3 year old and I come in and eat. Thank you to the great staff that treated us so well and went the extra mile during a challenging time.

I was bringing a bus of wrestlers back home that were hungry and called to see if there Libby was still open. It closed at 7 and was now 745 but they said bring them on in and we will open it for them. So greatly appreciated and we appreciate the staff staying late to feed them!!!
They were fast but our order got mixed up. No biggie. I went in and they corrected it within mins and apologized sincerely. We are still humans. I will definitely still come here.
Hot dog was freezing cold, service was very rude, and the order was wrong.
