I've come into this location alot over the years. Have always had good service. Even with a good portion of their employees being considerably younger, they still act very mature and tbey definitely have teamwork on fleek.
Second time I’ve gone through this drive thru with the employees being rude and my food wrong. My sandwich was cold, and the bun was hard as a rock. Chicken nuggets were ice cold. The guy at the window was rude, and I was the only car in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for my order. I’ll travel farther and go to the Wendys on 7th street instead from now on.
I ordered 2 burgers and a frosty. It took them forever, they were fully staffed and had to wait at least 10 minutes in the drive through. The burgers were under cooked, and they gave me no napkins, straw, or spoon.
So was just there tonight ticket#10141. Were to start food was ordered took 15 minutes to get. They were all joking and having a great time. Great got food my sandwiches were both pink. Hamburger that thin that is pink means u put on flipped and served. That is so gross undercooked meat is the worst thing to serve. I showed them and they would have replaced but at that point I was not going to take the chance. Watch and make sure your food is thoroughly cooked. It was neither fast or good food and they had enough staff to do both.
Great food the employees are in slow motion all day
We used to love this Wendy's. But for the 3rd straight visit our order has been filled incorrectly. Twice using the app and the other through the drive thru. The food was old and nearly inedible. Not the quality we have come to expect from Wendy's through the years.
The baked potatoes there are great. As long as somebody else doesn't pick the toppings.
Great place to eat as always. Wendy's always satisfies and they have plenty of options for all of my moods.
Wendy's totally awesome I went through with a crispy chicken coupon and bless her hearts they told me they put in a bacon cheeseburger didn't cost me a thing ?
It is a nice place to have lunch!
