Absolutely rude employees. Food was okay. Asked for ketchup and they acted like it was the biggest inconvenience and only gave me 2 packages for a large fry.
Delicious food and the Mineral Wells location has never got my order wrong
To blatantly lie to your customers when they ask for freshly dropped chicken (when they are dead) and still serve dried out chicken thats been sitting for atleast a half hour is rediculous.
Tried the new chicken baconactor, it was OK. Liked the bun the Asiago is a nice touch the problem was the sauce was all in one spot so when you bit down it went all out one side. The caramelized onions were perfect, fries tasted old and were not up to standard. I never made it to the drink as I was on the run to the doctors office and by the time I got done all the ice had melted into the pop and who wants to drink that.all in all I would give it a 3
Tea too sweet, fries extra salty, meat too dry and cold cheeses didn't even melt.. they mixing up orders i literally had to Stand in Drive-Thu cause the lobby is closed
Really disappointed in the food this evening. My dog wouldn't even touch her burger. I was the third car in line. Neither of us must had realized that Wendy's closes at 10pm. However, instead of the manager informing us that they were closed. They decided to take my money and handed me over cooked hamburgers. I mean black as coal and hard as a hockey puck with Cold, Stale fries. I should have checked my order at the window and then made them remake my order fresh . However, I thought that the manager on duty would be component enough to value good customer service, while demonstrating pride with his ability to run a Quality restaurant. I was wrong. This will definitely effect my decision in returning to this location in the future.

This entire place needs cleaned out and redone. You can remodel the building all you want but when your cashiers glare and laugh at customers for absolutely no reason and your chicken sandwich comes smashed intentionally no one and I mean no one would want to come back.
They just remodeled the dining room, but they fail to meet customer service expectations. That are slow moving like a sloth. I understand it can get busy. But they’re attitudes also reflect the environment in which they work. The front lady just seem very tired, not happy, and not motivated. If you don’t enjoy working somewhere, find another job that you will enjoy. There are plenty right now. I spent almost 15 minutes to take an order and about 10 to 15 to get the food.
