Went to get a double cheeseburger with just ketchup fries and a small Frosty two people ahead of me they screwed up their hamburgers so I checked mine and it was wrong also I got my money back and went to the Emerson location and within a minute they had my stuff ordered and ready .I will never eat at the one on 7th Street in Parkersburg very slow disorganized no paper on the trays
My bf and I went through on 4/5/22 and when we got home and tried the tea, the tasted spoiled. When I called the store, whoever was speaking didn't seem to care and just shrugged it off to it being from the machine. But do those machines ever get cleaned?? When we went inside to eat the food, my boyfriend then found a veryyy long black hair in his fries. We both have the same length light brown hair. So it definitely wasn't from us. At this point, I don't even want to bother talking to management since everyone at this location is so rude and just doesn't care at all. Not 1 smile through the mic or at the window and definitely didn't make an effort after the call. Very disgusted and let down.
There was a line so we waited for quite a while. But the food was made as requested & was hot when we got it. The new hot & crispy fries were both...hot & crispy so that is a definite plus. I dont eat alot of fast food so when I do, I want it to satisfy my craving...not make me feel like I wasted my money. Wendy's filled the bill this time.
The chicken apple pecan salad is my go to choice every visit. Very good menu choices. Very good service.
Paid for a order and never received my food. Never was able to get ahold of customer service for a refund. Ended up having to call my bank to get the money
I have yet to go to this Wendy's and get a correct order.
Haven't bad the best luck with location lately. More often than not we have an item that isn't correct in our order. I always count sandwiches and fries before I leave but I don't think I should have to unwrap my entire order in the parking lot to check accuracy. It's disappointing.
Great place to eat. I love using the app to earn points for free food or find coupons to use. Our food is always hot and order correct. Thanks
If you want any sauce make sure you go inside because the drive thru will not give you any. My wife loves the chili but refuses to eat it without the hot chili sauce.
