Agree with the other reviews. Friendly fast and courteous service. But it looks like a place you shouldn’t stop with the big rusty exterior. What’s the answer? Not sure but I’m sure sandblasting and paints would help.Foods always correct do yourself a favor try the mango slushie!
Some friends and I went and we ordered, and we waited 30 minutes to an hour for our food. The staff was confused on what orders were ours and they even gave some of us wrong food. After an hour waiting a couple of us ordered mexican pizzas, but we were given crunchwraps instead. There were also other people in the dining room that were waiting a really long time for their food. Staff was not friendly, no apologies, nothing. It was an overall terrible experience.
Have been frequenting this location aince they opened. 99% of the time i order on the app so that there is no confusion about how i want my food prepared. Ill have to say that probably 75% of the time my order is either not made correctly (items or modifications incorrect) or the food quality is severly lacking. There have been times i have found non food items in my burritos. Today the young man working the window, his whole back side was hanging out. Dont misunderstand.... That is unacceptable in a professional setting and it should NOT be allowed in a food service enviroment. Yesterday the same person was too busy playing on his phone at the window to hand out my order.... Just needs a tighter grip on the employees to get it in shape.
Maybe it’s depending on the day or hour when you order from thisTaco Bell. It seems like certain times and days the food is prepared well. Or maybe when management is in the building. I’ve been an avid goer of Taco Bell all my life and it seems like this one is a hit or miss on quality and quantity. Take your chances I guess.When this one first opened, it was fantastic in all areas. Maybe since corporate left and now it’s just the regular staff they started slacking. I don’t know. I just wish it was consistent, I hate wasting money.
My husband and I ordered from here March 29,2022. And he ordered 1 NBG combo, beef crunchy tac. Sup., Nacho Bell grande, rg blue rasp fz. I got the same thing but a crunchrap. Idk what it was but something made him really sick. He was sick for 4-5 days. No I didn't get sick but I also didn't eat anything but my crunchwrap.
I Uber for cash this Taco Bell (unlike any other) does not deliver from Uber Eats doordash or grubhub after 11 pm so dont try to get your midnite snacking here
I’m giving it 1 star cause a half of a star don’t exist!! Me and my hubby went to Taco Bell to grab some food… we wasn’t greeted at the register immediately which is fine we get it… so we waited about 5 mins or so and decided to order on the kiosk. The lady who was at the register clocked out and left We waited over 30 mins for our food. We tried to speak to a manger and get a refund.. got shot down with we’re all tied up at the moment … so we waited and as we’re waiting their is other customers coming in and waiting too and people from the drive threw coming in with wrong orders. As all this was happening some man walks in and asks if we’re in line and I kid you not walks out with 4 bar stools out of the lobby. So the manager goes outside to chase down the stools, brings them back in. I don’t know I think it was all around a bad experience. I’ve never had a experience like this with any other Taco Bell. I will go else where from now on.
The prices are decent. The menu is missing about half it's items. The fastfood is usually pretty slow coming to you. But it is decent priced.
Love the new location on 7th street but was disappointed in how long it took for my order to be done when there were only me and 1 other person in the lobby and the drive thru had maybe the same amount of cars. Other than that everything was great. The place is new and maybe the employees just haven't found their groove yet. The employees were attentive and kind and the order was correct and hot so I really can't complain.
Ordered 3 hard shell Taco Supreme's, asked twice for extra hot sauce. Got home with my order and zero hot sauce and not one napkin in the bag.
