I love the food its was awsome
Today they must’ve had a heckuva time inside. I we gave our order button a push, we were told to wait, and we waited, and we waited. Another car pulls in a few spaces down. They got their order before us, they got their food before us, and they left before us. We watched many cars pull out the drive-through. And after about 15 minutes beyond the car they got there after us left I started getting irritated. Then of course they messed up the order. The employee was extremely apologetic. I told her not to apologize I blame her manager.
On Saturday, March 26 i went to the Sonic in Parkersburg,WV. I ordered a chicken sandwich combo for myself and another meal for my friend. Drove to my friend house for us to have lunch. I cut the sandwich in half and I'm so thankful that I did, because it was RAW! I immediately called Sonic. The girl that answered the phone, said I'm sorry about that, you can come and get another meal. I of course said No Thanks, I just want my money back. She advised I would have to talk to the manager and he would be there tomorrow. I called back next day, manager also wanted to give me another meal. I said I just want my money back. I returned to Sonic where I was given my money back and I gave the manager my RAW chicken sandwich. Hopefully this will never happen again to someone else.
Short staff. Waited 20 minutes with only one car in front of me. This is the 4th time recently that the ice cream machine was down. This is an ice cream store? Ridiculous.
Well, if I'm being honest. This place has became a joke. Used to be great. Now they constantly run out of things. Got a hamburger tonight from here and it was missing 2 of the 5 condiments. We ordered on the app. Pull up and sit for over a half hour, and then they come out and are told they are out of ice cream. Overall, I'd give this visit a half of star from never coming back again. I'd take my advice and find a different establishment.
Grossest sonic food I've ever had. Tots were cold seemed like 2 day old. My burger was luke warm and tasted like they put half a pound of salt on it, literally inedible. Only thing they didn't mess up was my peanut butter shake.
Great place to get slushy drinks. And good people work there. They came out o2f the store to take our orders. When it was freezing out.thank you.
My sandwichs were both made wrong. So I hit the red button and talked to the lady who took my order. She was very apologetic about the whole situation. She had my food remade and brought it back out to us. Which it was still made wrong and was cold. The server was great. The food was not
