We were warmly welcomed as we entered the building. Zac patiently waited on us while we made our meal choices. Martha kindly helped us through checkout and drink selection. The ahi tuna special tasted fantastic and was filling, my wife loved her greco salad, my son enjoyed his bambini flat bread, and we all enjoyed the freshly-made lemon infused water. As I cleaned my son's face and hands after the meal, I noticed that the bathrooms were very clean. It was a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be doing it again in the near future.

One of the most delicious salads I've ever had. Tasted fresh and staff was extremely friendly! Wife also love it both times she came.
Tried this place on a whim and couldn't be happier we did! They specialize in premium salads and flatbread. It is slightly overwhelming when first walking in because they have so many ingredients to chose from for your salad. They have grilled chicken, tiger shrimp, ahi tuna, and other meats for a small up-charge. My husband chose the safe option of a grilled chicken Ceasar salad. I went a little more risky and picked the Greco salad with raw ahi tuna. You could taste very single ingredient was handled with care. We ended up liking mine best, even though his was also great. We also got the lemon infused water that comes in a large jar and poured over ice. Some of the best lemonade we have ever had. We will surely be back!
This place rocks. Fresh fresh Salads and the Margarita Pizza was so good. We will be back when we are in Ohio again.

I went there for the first time and got a 5 topping salad. I ate as much as I could and brought the rest home for later. It was absolutely delicious.
Unique experience with a nice variety to choose from. Excellent service. It was a little warm in the restaurant as there was no air conditioning at the time we were there.

Rubi's Salad Haus is driven by passion and excellence. Everything that I have eaten here has been amazing. When I want to treat myself and have something healthy I think of this place. Friendly service , colorful ambiance, fresh ingredients, and the expertise to pull it all together.
