I ordered the big box and 2 order of wings which came to 55$ and they got 60$ but they did not send the 2nd set of wings I had to call and they argued with me!! It was my worse experience at any fast food/delivery places very disappointed and I will never waste another dollar on their franchise. Pizza Hut on lakeview!!! This was not the first time plus they called me a liar. SMH I didn't exec want to give one star
Got the big box wasn't to happy with it the pizza was dry not enough sauce around the top wasn't no sauce wasn't worth 30 dollars
3.1 miles from store, wont deliver. Hopefully your delivery driver sees this and quits delivering to your store
Even on a busy day like New Years Eve, our order was delivered fast, hot and delicious!
The food was good and the delivery was on time.
Look they work yard the food is fresh. Usually it is really fast this time they made mistake and didnt get order out fast so the manager called and made it right. He even apologized which was way more than you normally get from people now. So your staff also has a fantastic attitude which matters. So thanks for the food.
The pizza is usually very nice. However this time it was overcooked and the cheese breadsticks were burnt. Not the usual great service. Will still order from here.
Pizza crust was not as ordered after telling server two times. Could not put seasoning on pizza like we had always ordered in the past 10-15 years and the drinks was nasty. Tasted like the syrup may have been old or lines might need cleaned going to fountain. Very disappointing visit.
Food was hot and fresh and employees were very friendly.
