We ate here awhile back, a late breakfast. They have breakfast all day. The folks were very friendly and nice and the place was busy. We both had eggs, sausage, toast, and hash browns. The food was fine. We also had cake for dessert, which was pretty good. The only negative was the place was kind of dirty. Tables were cleaned very well. I think we walked in just after a big rush. Anyway, I'd go back if I was in the area.
With out a single doubt, this is the ONLY place in Parkersburg that you can get a perfect omelette. It’s a family friendly and family owned operation where the servers and cooks have been working together for decades. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Truly. Everything is MTO and the grill is in plain view, you can literally see these guys making your food in front of you. So, if you want a show that you’ll truly be amazed at, come on a Sunday morning around the time church let’s out - those guys DANCE around that grill. The service is warm and welcoming and they always know what you need before you ask.I truly can’t recommend anything higher. From breakfast to THE BEST PHILLY IN TOWN, to dinner, there is not a bad thing in the menu. Eating here, you feel like you’re part of a family! Also, this place is open LATE LATE. Which is about the only place in town to do that. So, no matter when you come through Rt. 50 or I-77 you HAVE to stop and get a bite. It’s well worth it.
Someone once told me "I didn't know anyone went to omelet shoppe sober". I got a good laugh out of that but the answer is yes. My friends and I are all night people so when everyone is awake at the same time at midnight on a Thursday or something, we find ourselves coming over here. Touch tunes player is a plus, the last time we went the whole staff was singing along to a Nickleback chorus with us.The cheddar bacon ranch fries have been my go to order for years. That and the western omlete. I wouldn't recommend the tomato soup as it honestly just tastes like an off brand campells condemned soup. Great place to hang out with a small group for a late night bite.
Just wanted eggs and coffee and this fit the bill. Small town classic breakfast joint. Waitress was very attentive and Spanish omelet was good.
great food. good employees. cooks are on point. love it
Great place to spend $40 for breakfast on new menu prices.Still hungry food is good. Looks pretty much same after 1 week remodel.Ecept old light pics are gone. Walls were remodeled and plumbing and rest rooms.
Always great food and great service!. If your near it stop and get ya something to eat
Ordered a take out today of 2 egg sandwiches..I asked for no lettuce. Just tomato and mayo.. When I got home I discovered my sandwiches were plain. No tomato no mayo . Cost me $10 dollars for 2 eggsAnd4 slices of toast..I called back on the phone and Dustin the manager said the only thing he could do is if I would bring back the sandwiches be would give me the tomato and Mayo .. What a joke .. My sandwiches would be cold by then.. No way to run a Business
I got over easy eggs, with extra crispy hash browns onions and jalapeno. They were friendly and accommodating to my modifications. Food was good and affordable. Workers worked as a cohesive team in a small place.
Good food at a great price with awesome service anytime of the day.
