Well we ordered at Emerson again it's been quite a while because we're on the other side of the river ordered stuffed crusts about 3 weeks ago twice as much crust as it used to be and a lot less toppings and sauce so I did the survey and the manager called and offered to take care of us the next time we ordered well we just ordered two days ago and no one had a clue said they couldn't find anything in the computer sent my girlfriend to the manager and he told her the same thing now I know the boy's name was Evan that I took my order the first time so I don't know that we can continue to solicit this store again obviously they don't have a clue

Ordered food online for delivery at 9:59 pmand got an email that said 30 minutes. Kept checking track my order. Called at 10:38pm and was told my food was just going in the oven and that it would be another 30-40 mins before I got it. Order showed up at 11:13 pm. I’m very disappointed in the false information when ordering. It took longer than expected and I’m not happy at all. I don’t recommend.

Ordered ,Wanted stuffed garlic parmesan crust pepperoni pizza. Well apparently you can't have both, THO it says that NOWHERE when you order!!! So when I didn't get stuffed crust I called to inform them. I was treated with much disregard on the phone and was told "yeah you can't do that" ! The manager made no attempt to correct the situation or the least bit apologetic! Papa Johns has lost a good customer! A little sincerity and even Fake kindness can build a business when an unhappy customer can kill it!
