The last two visits have been sub-par at best. The portions have shrunk, the cost has gone up, and frankly the food isn’t even good anymore.Our Salad didn’t even have dressing on it. They forgot the chicken for my create your own pasta, and when it finally showed up it looked like they sliced a kid’s chicken tender. We didn’t even get the chance to order desert, the waitress pretty much just closed out our check. The to-go portion of shrimp scampi, which looks like a kids portion, and cost $18.99 even though we did not get salad or soup with it, got dumped off on our table for us to bag because the waitress couldn’t even take the time to do that. And we weren’t even the ones complaining in the restaurant! The only thing that actually came out as ordered was our appetizer. I doubt we will be back.
I took my wife out for her birthday dinner and we had a great experience.Our waiter (i forgot his name) was absolutely great and the food was awesome.
The food was terrible. I keep coming back because last year I took my daughter there when she was a baby, she loved it and so did I. The food was amazing crisp salad, pasta cooked perfect and nice big round table to laugh and eat around. This used to be my favorite place to go. The server and manager was pleasant the reason for two stars.
Typical Olive Garden, the service is good and the food is the same. The food came out hot and our server was great at getting refills for us.Two issues I had with this place is the weird parking and entrance. You park in the back of the building then walk across a road then around the building just to enter. I'm not sure who designed this but it is awkward.There is limited ♿️ parking which is something you should be aware of if you need that. Also the wheelchair is long and if you are not wheelchair bound you will still have a ways to walk, so if you have trouble walking be warned.The last thing is when my food arrived, the lady just grated a little cheese, she didn't wait for me to say stop before she just sat my food down and left. I thought that was weird also a bit disappointing since I like more cheese then she game me.Overall this place is fine and will satisfy your Olive Garden fix. Be warned about the parking and if you have difficulty walking. Also watch about the cheese if you like more. Maybe it was just that one person cause my server didn't do that. I don't know but those are my issues with this place.
Bradon is by far the best waiter that I've ever had at Olive Garden. He was quick to answer the questions I had about the menu and made my experience go very smoothly. I will definitely be back.
I went there a few weeks ago, I absolutely love the Olive Garden, and to be honest I was a little hesitant to eat at this one again because I had a bad experience before at this location, there was a hair in my food and my silverware was really dirty. I thought I would never be back, but I decided to give it a try again, and I am really glad I did because it was amazing!! I had the steak and alfredo and it was so delicious!! I'm glad I ate there again!

Had a small wait , But they had a server walk around with appetizers it was stuffed Ziti Fritta. Omg so good . Got to our table our waitress Stephanie was very Nice knew exactly what we was talking about she suggested a soup because I wanted soup and it was absolutely delicious ?Really enjoyed our waitress Stephanie very nice respectful , helpful , and prompt . Our food was very good . I would recommend asking for Stephanie if you come to Olive Garden Parkersburg. She is pretty awesome and the food yummy
This place is my new favorite because of the server that we had mainly, the food was a bonus. 5 stars just doesn't do this place justice. I will be returning for sure!
Haven't eaten here in years and decided to return. Service staff was ok. They forgot silverware, and pretty much everything. The food was amazing though. Typical salad, bread sticks, etc. We tried new appetizers and the gnocchi soup which was fantastic. The Alfredo was good too. Was too full to try dessert. Price was above average but expected. Pretty sure we'll return again when the wallet can take it.
