Trash food. Always messed up. Management REFUSED TO GIVE ME CASH REFUND. when I said I didn’t want food, they kicked me out their establishment. Buncha unprofessional idiots who serve expired meat, and stale buns.

Simple combo meal ordered, 1/4lb minus pickle and ketchup.... It was plain and items were charged individual. Total was 9 and change and should have been 7 and change. Fries were hot but soggy. Staff is fairly rude, employees very loud and obnoxious, heard the F word several times while inside to pick up the order from the employees. Very disappointed.! What is wrong with people. Absolutely no manners or any morals.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I took grandchildren here for lunch , I won't do that again. The employees were cussing, behaving so rude, acting like wanna be thugs. I mean ABSOLUTELY awful. We didn't even finish our food. We left because the way they were yelling and cussing was disgusting. Obviously they will hire ABSOLUTELY anyone.
$45 for lunch. Missed 2 sandwiches, asked for a spicy chicken, didn't get a spicy chicken. No napkins, no ketchup, floor was filthy.
Stopped by for breakfast this morning. Got two McGriddles bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. Which is on the two for $4 menu. Then they charge $8 for the sandwiches. For just 2 sandwiches. Will change where I get breakfast from!! Parkwrsburg traffic circle 5 am.
Sit down seating still open and ice cream available(rare for Mcdonalds) even in winter that also means shakes available.
Had food delivered right over the hill from here and when we got it our food was ice cold and had toppings on it that weren't supposed to be on it due to allergies
