This is the best hotdog stand in Parkersburg.
hard french fries and grease soaked cheeseburgers made with cheap grocery store buns, and very thin patties that are lacking in both flavor and quality... a good place to eat if you are more concerned with saving money than getting actual tasty food
My family and I have been going to this Restaurant since the early 1980s when it was Yelkys. They have kept up the tradition of delicious cheeseburgers and HOT CHILI! You won't find a better burger in the Mid Ohio Valley!!

Located in Parkersburg, WVI kept driving by this little building along side a major traffic area and wondered WHY are all those cars fighting for just a few spots in front of the store....So, one day there was an empty spot in front of the Bright Orange building SO I grabbed it. I called the number on the sign (Due to Covid-19 and small size ) NO ONE ALLOWED IN..Very nice lady answered and I explained that I didn't know exactly what they served...she gladly told me HOT DOGS!!! Oh boy was I excited!!! I ordered 2 with chili, slaw and onion and a large fountain Pepsi, taxes tip all together was $7 and that was with$2 tip... very nice price!! Great curbservice!!! And GREAT Food!!!!
It's been a long time since I have been there, and the Classic Hot Dog an Burger shops are still available. The Curb Side service was nice but it can't match to Walk In and SMELL THAT CLASSIC GRIDDLE SMELL !
