Service to me was stalled while THREE people continued filling drive-thru orders...All three people asked if I had been served, then proceeded to tell me to wait...There was some confusion preparing orders through the kitchen...Also, cleanliness, front horizontal stainless counter was smeared with grease and smudgy handprints...Not clean !!!All inside garbage cans were overfill, bathroom looked as though it had been neglected for awhile...Overall, I could see that this establishment seemed mismanaged.
