??♂️ My coffee was good , however oddly enough my danish was pretty much stale, I took it back to the counter after a few (4-5) bites and briefly explained the issue , the cashier was pretty much uninterested of my concern so got her manager at the time I found that action to be the most appropriate. Unfortunately stated to me that there was nothing they do. However I accepted that anyways I continued to sit back down to finish my coffee and my best friend who had be facing me ,overheard the conversation between the two employees afterwards and they were basically rumoring that my complaint was basically unessisary and was something to make fun of. ??I understand it's a simple matter but when it is a matter that happens to conflict with one of their primary items I find it interesting that is didn't seem like a concern to them especially when it is something involved with their one of the main sales in the store . I mean it is something that involves the name of the store. Oh I guess I mis understood I must have to actually dunk my doughnut for it to be fresher ?? ??!! LOL - I guess their is a simple resolution , and that I guess just enables me a reasonable excuse to now visit Tim Hortans from hear out. Problem solved. Their prices are better anyways so its a Win Win??? apparently. Sad when I still had the value though to come to your store first out of preference . And your store proved to me it was a poor decision. ?
My daughter loves Dunkin Donuts so much she wanted a Dunkin theme for her 7th birthday. I called the store and asked if I could possibly buy a sleeve of cups for her party and the manager absolutely went above and beyond. She not only gave us cups and straws for the party, but gave my little girl a shirt, hat, and a name tag, as well as, a gift card and new Dunkin Tumbler. It absolutely made her day! We visit often, but will definitely be coming more even more. Thank you for making her day extra special.
Every time I go to this Dunkin' donuts I have an issue the most unfriendliest and act like you don't exist when you walk in the store and continue to stock cups or talk to the other coworkers and leave you standing there I will not do business here anymore I'm tired of being treated like I don't matter.
Always love coming here. Pleasant staff and good prices. Only downside is sometimes drive through lines are a bit slow.

I went through the drive through recently and there was a blonde named sada that was very rude and i hope no customer has to deal with that ever again
Snacking bacon was the smallest portion I have ever received and ordered hot coffee but was given iced coffee. They remade it but it tastes watered down. Not like strong coffee at all. Disappointed.

A worker there threatened me and called me a “cracker” and a “dumbass” because i wanted my deink remade and she slammed the window in my face just for asking due to the ten pounds of flavor syrup on the bottom of my drink. I asked for her name and i was something like karah. I am very disrespected and will never be returning due to the way that they allow there employees to treat customers with no repercussion.
Was told that they will no longer allow oat milk in place of regular milk because of "allergies" and they have to use the same machine. They literally have it as an option on the menu and I've been ordering it that way for months. So what of us with milk allergies? I guess that is just too bad. Edit: They did reach out to me, apologized and said they'd inform the employees how to do this properly. So I appreciate that.
