Dislike this location....drinks are always bad...long wait in the drive through....tried it several times and had a bad experience every time :( Last time I received a coffee with thick sugar in the bottom... Overfilled cup that spilled everywhere when I put the straw in and couldn't order a croissant sandwich bc they said they had no staff that knew how to cook any food.

Coffee was way too sweet. Had to throw away my coffee. Will not go back anytime soon

Went in to the dining room, nobody spoke to me. Not one person even glanced over. I waited 5 minutes and there was plenty of employees but nobody cared enough to even say hello we will be right with you. Now i’m in the drive through. How can you run a dunkin and have 0 communication skills?!?!

Very slow and acted disappointed that I was there. I was the only one in the dining area. Early morning for a donut? Probably pretty decent. But they should close after breakfast. Not impressed at all.

Used the drive through...very slow - cars in front of us kept pulling up waiting for someone to bring their order out. Not sure what was going on but it was very slow. Coffee was very good sandwiches finally cane out were good but the wait was long.

I have been there 3 times in the past month and I have yet to buy a donut! They never have any.

You should not have your inside dining room open if you do not plan to help and assist your customers in a timely manner.There were 4 employees there.We waited 10 minutes to have someone come to the counter to take our order (only focused on drive through).Furthermore a lady behind us was not waited on at all and she got tired of waiting and left!After her two other men came in and were still not waited on after or even so much as a greeting after at least 10 to 15 minutes.Meanwhile you had one of the four employees more concerned with taking her smoke break and talking on her phone outside the restaurant. Hilarious.I mentioned that you had two new customers inside and she just said oh ok and kept up her break she was taking.This was the same girl who was confused when I said my Americano drink was too weak tasting.The manager was not on location either.We won't be back to this location any time soon.Do better please.

Drive thru. Fast. Courteous. Good price. Good eats.

Bad experiences both local locations lately. Till problems get solved cant give good review at this time.

If you’re trying to stop here before work in the morning make sure you set out an extra 30-40 mins to wait in the drive thru. Their lobby is closed, making the drive thru backed up. It is absolutely ridiculous that only 5 cars in front of me accounts to a 40 min wait in the drive thru. Get it together.
