I love Donatos, but 2 times in the last few weeks, I have ordered online after 9 PM and a guy calls to say they closed early at 9 instead of 10 due to short staff. Tired of the excuses. Hire more staff, change your hours in general, or shut down the online ordering when you "decide" to close early. Regardless, it's not good business practice to change your hours every other day when people expect you to be open. Fix the problem! Papa John's and Dominoes doesn't seem to be having this issue. I seriously think they are just not busy and decide to close early to suit them at the time. Very poor customer service.
I've ordered from here several times and had nothing but amazing food. I love Donato, had one in Va and was so happy to see one built here! Love love love their? pizzas!
they got the best pizza in the area. toppings clear to the edge. they also got decent subs and really good salads. i really love there bacon and pepperoni pizza.
We have ordered pizza here three times. Each time the crust has been burned along the edge. Will not be returning.
I’ve ordered pizza online for this location 3 times and have had nothing but great experiences! The pizza ingredients always taste so fresh and the orders are made quickly!Last time I ordered a 12pc. wings. When I opened the box there were only 6 so I went back. The worker was very quick to fix the issue and gave me another 12. I was very pleased!
I ordered a valentines dinner and was highly disappointed. The heart shaped pizza was burnt black. The chicken wings wasn’t fully cooked at the breading on the outside is still doughy. The cheesy Asiago bread is very doughy and not fully cooked. The salad is half empty with wilted lettuce in it. This is the worst take out order I’ve had from anywhere in a very long time. I understand one thing being messed up but this $50 is just plain out disgusting and was a waist of money.
There was a mix up with my order using the online ordering. I called and was quickly provided a person to help me. I explain the situation. The employee was very nice. They made another sub AND delivered it. Thank you! Service was amazing from delivery driver to employees in restaurant. Kind and willing to help!
Burnt pizza first time ever having this. The thin crust was even worse. First time will be our last.
I decided to try this place last week and decided to do their drive through pick up window. As I was leaving the gentlemen who was working the window decided to take a puff of whatever he was smoking AT THE WINDOW! Inside the business. I mean....who runs that place and allows their employees to do that? First impression isn't good. Turned me off with their food. Just makes me think of how clean they really are as they handled my food. I wouldnt recommend this place. Not professional at all.
I have been eating here since the store open in Columbus and I still enjoy every peace like it was that first day I'm 53 now and I still love it
