Rude cashier Simply HATEFUL Told me I couldn’t use my mobile coupon because all their coupons expire at noon?♀️ Screamed at me WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!!!! When I attempted to order I have NEVER been treated so terribly by a cashier She was so Angry She needs retrained or fired I’ll never go there again
To the staff working tonight, I know you were extremely busy tonight and I just wanted to say the smiles on your faces and your upbeat attitudes were spot on. Great customer service. Also, the pup cup was thoroughly enjoyed by Miss Daisy.

Courteous Fast and friendly service. Cleanest parking lot and drive through I’ve seen in a while. In and out in under 10 minutes. With shakes and blizzards!Thanks for the fast friendly service! We will be back!
I was in there on Friday and I can’t say after what I witnessed I’ll be back. I was just trying to enjoy a little lunch with my daughter and I got to witness some man I assume works for DQ get in a girls face and scream. I watched him follow her to her car yelling at her. This was absolutely not okay. Do better Dairy Queen stop letting inflated egos run your stores and scream at employees because why not. I hope that poor girl gets a new job where she won’t be screamed at by a grown man with anger issues.

If I could go lower with these stars, I would choose zero stars. I went into this place with a large group of people and as soon as we got in there, there was immediate complaints from the workers that were clearly heard by multiple people I was with. There was also the fact that no one else was in there when we got there and there was an overall bad tone as soon as we got into this place. One worker even through a metal bowl as soon as we started ordering. The workers were very rude to all of us including some eye rolling and rude behavior towards most of us. The person that was at the register was going back and fourth between the register and the blizzard making machine and it held up the line even more. There was also the fact that there was hair on my chicken and there was no hair nets worn by any of the workers that I saw in this place.
General manager appeared to be working and all employees were incredibly rude. Not only did we find hair in our food due to no hair nets and no gloves, one of the employees also threw a metal tray when people started ordering food. I highly recommend never coming to this Dairy Queen and driving anywhere else than here. These were the nastiest employees I think I have ever seen in food service. Also, the bathrooms were incredibly unclean. Would give zero stars if I could. Tiffany and all other employees working on March 30th 2022 were incredibly rude. DO NOT COME HERE.
There were three workers but two were very rude for no reason. When we came in, they were acting like it’s hard to do there job. A girl threw a metal bowl or something in the back just because she had to do her job. The general manager was impolite and none of them were wearing gloves or hair nets. There was hair in peoples food. We came in a bus and it was parked on the side. One of the workers proceeded to laugh and say “i need to stop working and move my car”, then said “don’t mind hitting my car”. I cannot believe how unbelievably rude these workers were when most of us came in just to get ice cream. If i could i would give 0 STARS. I don’t recommend going here because if you do they’ll probably treat you badly because they’re to lazy to do their job.
This place is the perfect example of a one star restaurant. Maybe even zero stars. The general manager is just peachy. I was on a charter bus with maybe 20 people and the manager walks out and shakes her head as soon as she sees us. Mind you, there was no one else there. Two people had ordered their food, and the sarcastic remarks started coming from this woman. Some girl in the kitchen was throwing things. The manager wasn’t even wearing gloves when making blizzards. No one was wearing hair nets. My friend found hair in her food. And the GENERAL MANAGER rolled her eyes at me for ordering a small blizzard. It is not that hard to make chicken tenders, get over it.
