I went through the drive through for lunch the other day. I ordered a chocolate milkshake and a double cheeseburger. I paid and she gave me my milkshake. I waited so long on my burger by the time I got it my milkshake was gone and after I left when I opened the box for my burger the top half of the bun was missing .how can anyone not remember to put the top bun on. Completely unacceptable. I will never eat there again .
Pretty slow to get food but seemed understaffed. Food was nice and hot when we got it just slow. Everything is crazy these times so can't really blame the restaurant. Nice clean dining area.

I went through the drive-thru about a week back they had a hot dog special with fries and drink for $5. The food was great and fresh and the people at the window were very friendly ?
Just pulled up to the drive thru, just to have the employees scream their closed while smoking cigarettes 15 mins before 10pm

This place has made VAST improvements over the past few months. The staff honestly used to be grumpy and rude, borderline mean, literally acted like I was an inconvenience to them…. The staff now is 99% of the time smiling, pleasant and helpful. The store is night and day difference with cleanliness. When I’m there, I ALWAYS see the workers cleaning the machines/tables/countertops/etc. Food is a better quality, always tastes freshly made and prepared, whereas this time last year I wouldn’t be surprised to receive only overcooked and undercooked food in my bag. A few weeks ago I did have to wait a bit longer than normal on my order and so they asked me to park off to the side and wait for my order to bring it out to me. When she brought it out she was so friendly and professional …. She apologized for the long wait, and then gave me two coupons with a handwritten note on them. She thanked me for being patient and apologized again. Now THAT is fantastic customer service! Once again, VAST improvements and keep up the good work!
