We go to Cheryl’s as often as we can. We always get great food and the service is unbeatable. When they are really busy or have a new cook, you will have a little bit of a wait. The staff always are kind to us and anyone that comes there. Today, we had Baked steak and it was so tender and delicious. Nothing but good to say. Everyone should try their Baked steak.
Fresh burger so the taste is great. Older looking local style restaurant. Staff are nice. Feels country. The mushroom burger uses canned mushrooms but the meat was excellent. Corn was good. Staff were attentive and nice. I would come back.
In town for family funeral, googled Diners in the area decided to try Cheryl's. We had a party of 8 they were very accommodating. Excellent service and the food was amazing ?!! Small family diner but big on everything else.
Cheryls was ok. Ordered open face meatloaf . Didn't really taste like or look like Meatloaf, just hamburger w/ a little ketchup. Also has a Cheeseburger and onion rings. Cheeseburger was a little tasteless. Turkey dinner seemed good. Real turkey breast and nice roll. Can't say we will return....... But everyone deserves a second chance. Staff and customers were friendly and comfortable!!!

I had 2 eggs over medium, bacon, hash brown potatoes, toasted home made bread and coffee. The food was delicious and the service was great! The home made bread was the bomb!!!
I enjoyed Cheryl's Country Diner. The service was excellent! My favorite part about Cheryl's was even though I was there 5 minutes after they opened, I was allowed to order anything on the menu. With this being said; I ordered a Philadelphia Cheese Steak Sandwich with French fries ? and coffee ☕! The sandwich was really good. I felt that the fries were a little under cooked. However; they were piping hot.
Had the open faced turkey sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy, had real turkey not sliced processed meat, very satisfying, server was friendly and helpful, had a slice of pumpkin cake, was tasty
Had a open faced roast beef that was the real deal, tender and yummy served on homemade bread! The cup of vegetable soup that is on the menu so served daily was the best I have had in a long time. A few points off for the open faced gravy, tasted like jarred gravy, but overall way better food than a chain restaurant. Service was fast and friendly, large selection on menu with daily specials as well. Highly recommend this as a stop in Parkersburg West Virginia!
Love it, saw the ad on WTAP and came to check it out... great place, friendly staff and atmosphere... loved the food... definitely will be coming back
