Food was decent. Nothing gourmet, of course. Service ok.
Betty is the best employee at this store. Always friendly and great customer service. Otherwise the place is in shambles. Inside of store is falling apart( walls, seats). And does no one sweep the floors or scrub the toilet anymore? Smell of rotten fish is almost unbearable and the price u pay for 3in of fish covered in batter to make it look 6in.. why am I getting more batter than fish? Yet prices increase constantly. I'll drive further away to other store where is much nicer. Never this location again.
Food needs to be fresh and hot . It was just warm the last time we came there. Fries were cold, fish was just warm , cole slaw wasnt cold as it should be.
I purchased dinner from this location twice last week. It was excellent, the employees were courteous, the pricing is fair, and if you want you can head down to Point Park to watch the sunset while you eat. A Parkersburg classic.

First time ordering online. Wont ever happen again. Half the food was wrong and missing. What we did receive more than half was cold and the macaroni was soup and only 3/4 full… i thought maybe the cold food (not room temp but cold) because it sat for a minute before we got there but husband said they were bagging it just as he walked in the door.
Bake potatoes were not cooked we had missing fish missing chicken we didn't get are stuffed crab we were missing fried shrimp
