I went there on Saturday May 21, 2022 and had a terrible experience. Before me there were two guys who's order was messed up. I wasn't even paying attention to them as they ordered, but I plainly remember hearing one of the guys ask for a sundae pie... which he didn't get.My order was simple, 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I waited at least 10 minutes before my food was handed to me. The burgers were ok but the buns were dry.The dining room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time, as only 2 tables looked clean enough to sit at.
It's bad enough that Burger King beside the mall isn't open on Sundays. What really makes me angry is the lies from this Burger King. The sign says the lobby is open until 2pm on Sundays. My grandsons and I got there at 130 and the door was locked. They wanted to eat there and maybe, maybe get to go in the playground for 15 minutes. We went to the mall instead. I won't be making a special trip to this Burger King anymore.
Today we dined in, hours were 11-2pm for the dining room. Drive the was open normal hours. Had very fresh fries and whopper. Coke zero was pretty flat, dining room was clean
Got a milkshake only to get the bottom to find a produce dirty sticker in the bottom of the cup.Parkersburg, WV
Waited in the drive thru line 25 minutes. Never even made it to the order kiosk. Left and went to DQ.
Convenience only reason to stop.
Went to order from the drive in at 6:00pm and it was closed. Some people like to eat after 4:00p.m. which is when they are closing now apparently
It's not the staff nor the food but the company needs to raise their pay to 12.00hr. The 2 locations that I went to, one in Parkersburg WV and my wife went to one in Marietta OH. She had to wait 30 min on her order. And I had to wait 26 min and I ended up leaving the line or I would have been late to work. Again...... Not the staffs fault. The Rodeo burger is delicious! The cheesy tots are as well! The Mocha Iced Coffee is delicious too! Staff was nice. The problem........ Way under staffed and the starting pay is too low! So only 2 stars because the Burger chain is being greedy!!! Pay your employees better and you'll have better staffing and loyal workers! Just my opinion though! Too all the employees I thank you for all you do and have done during this past year or so!! You deserve better!!!

Longest I have ever waited at a fast food resturant
